Express Dry Carpet Cleaning

Great! We have pets and kids who help make our carpets rather nasty. We've also had spilled juice, coffee and who knows what else in our carpets. It was time for a cleaning. Justin & Howard came by and were exceptionally professional. The house smells great and we were very pleased with the service. We'd have no problem giving a recommendation for them or using them again. And we would absolutely consider them for additional services not already performed.

I had to try many times calling the company because the line kept dropping. Scheduling went OK. The worker arrived nearly on time. It was done yesterday. My tenant is moving tomorrow. My agent walked through it with the tenant tonight. My tenant doesn't think the carpets have been seriously cleaned. The carpet still looks dirty in the master bedroom. My agent, who is very trustworthy, agrees with the tenant. I haven't been able to check it after cleaning since I am far away. I did check it before cleaning: the carpets were not bad at all.

The good: After inspecting the job, Tiran and Keith did a very good job cleaning my vents. The bad: My technicians were more than an hour past our agreed appointment window (11am-1pm). I was not happy when they arrived without the slightest sense of remorse or even an apology. A job that could have been done by 1pm, didn't even start until 2:15pm. They spent more time talking and laughing with each other than they did explaining to me what they were doing. The price was reasonable, but I don't know if I'd go through the hassle of using this company again.

Justin arrived as promised and surveyed the rooms to be cleaned. We moved some of the furniture in the living room so that I could vacuum underneath it. We then moved some of the chairs into another room so that he could have better access to the carpet. Then Justin sprayed all the carpet, treated some of the more soiled areas with a prespot cleaner, and deep cleaned all of the areas. The whole process took about 2 hours. He gave me a discount for writing a review on Angie's List before he left . He gave me a 2-week warranty meaning he promised to come back if any spots reappear within that period. I would recommend this company to anyone who is having carpet cleaned. My carpet is at least 24 years old so it did not come out looking brand spanking new, but the cleaning did meet my realistic expectations.

I called Express on a Monday and they were able to come out on Wednesday to clean the air ducts and dryer vent in a 2-system house. Tiran and Keith called ahead before they arrived, were punctual, and got right to work. They explained what they were going to do/did and helped me understand that the dryer vent was not the reason my dryer wasn't working. They cleaned up afterwards and were just great!

It went extremely well. They quickly responded to my questions via email. It was easy to make the appointment; and they arrived as scheduled. Nabil did a great job with the cleaning and was very pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend him and the company and will use them again.

Justin did an amazing job cleaning our carpet! He was able to get several stains out of the basement carpet and made it look great. I was really impressed with his work. He's also very courteous and friendly and arrived on time. He takes pride in his work and was very honest and straightforward with me. I was able to get an appointment very quickly at a time that met my needs. The work was performed in a timely manner. Express Dry Carpet Cleaning provided excellent service. Highly recommend them.

Technician arrived in the window of time that was told to us. Justin was very friendly and really seemed to know what he was doing. There were some unknown stains and he was able to get them out. The carpets look beautiful I have used this company for upholstery cleaning and they also did a thorough job. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to others.

Justin and Adam were punctual, courteous, and professional. Both were nice. Justin was very nice and fair. They did a great job and got out some tough stains that I was afraid might not come out. I will definitely use them again.

Justin and Adam were very professional. They called when they were on their way to my house and arrived in the timeframe per my appointment setup. Justin walked through the house with me to identify the stains that needed special attention. I really appreciated that. While the stains (cat vomit) aren't completely gone, I didn't expect them to be, they look so much better and the guys really worked **** ** them. Justin left me with a bottle of cleaner to use on stains in the future and told me not to use Resolve. Nice touch. The guys wore footies while they were in the house. My carpets look really good and dried quickly. Before leaving, they thanked me and told me to have a nice day.

NABIL and Cederic did a great job on stained kids bedroom carpets, stairwell and area rug. Efficient, very nice to work with and excellent results. Would hire again in future

Nabil and Cederic arrived within the schedule timeframe. After showing Nabil the items to be cleaned, they both started working promptly. Nabil noticed a paint on the loveseat and took additional time to try to remove it. Whatever they did, after 12 years, it worked!!! I appreciated the extra effort to remove the stain and dog hair. The furniture turned out very nice. The scent of the supplies used smelled absolutely amazing. Thank you again for taking the time to do such a quality job! I will definitely use this company again for upholstery cleaning and depending on our needs, will look at the other services offered.

On time, very friendly and courteous. Called ahead and let me know he was on his way and a more exact arrival time. Worked fast and got the stains out that had been really bothering me! I also wanted an area rug cleaned but had not booked it. Justin gave me a price and cleaned this as well for a fair price. I will call them again to clean basement and upholstery!

Nabil arrived on schedule, called in advance to let me know they were on the way. Once arrived, Nabil and his helper reviewed the areas to be cleaned, and discussed with me what would be done. Very friendly and informative, as each room was completed he asked me to take a look to be sure i was happy with the results. Once finished he gave instructions on letting carpet dry, and what to expect. No problems with service. Would use again.

It went well. Nabil was our carpet cleaner today. He called an hour ahead of time to confirm and was punctual. We walked around the area together and I told him my concerns (what I needed spot cleaned specifically). He was willing and able to talk to me about the areas and got the spots out. He completed the job in a timely manner and was kind and courteous. I would use this company again for carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning and air duct cleaning (they clean my air ducts 3 months ago and the house still is great.).

The technician, Nabil, arrived early. He worked very quickly and the carpets look great. He decided our estimate had been too high for the square footage so he got our price reduced from what we'd been quoted over the phone. Would definitely use them again!

Nabil came and completed the work slightly under the time they estimated the work would take. The job was not a significantly difficult one, but from the looks of it (it is still drying) he did an excellent job.

Everything went great. The rugs were cleaned. There was one rug that was damaged from a previous water accident and they did the best they could to salvage it.

They showed up on time and as arranged. Then we discussed the work and what they needed. They got started and finished within a couple of hours. The couch and love seat were like brand new. Many thanks!

It was fine. They showed up late so they used a fragrance to put in the system to help kill mold. They did a good job. They just showed up late. I guess they were behind or whatever. It was a little bit inconvenience because I had to wait for them but other than that, they did a fine job. From looking at other prices, it was comparable with everybody else. I haven’t been to my ducts lately but I assume it’s nice and clean. I’m assuming that they did a good job and vacuumed it all out. It’s not something you can look at. Once they got here, they were very professional and did a nice job.

Nabil called me about 1 hour before arriving to my home. I greatly appreciated the call. When Nabil and Dave arrived, they were very friendly and professional. I showed them around the house and reviewed the requested work. They did a great job on all of the carpets and sectional. We have 4 cats and a lot of pet fur and some urine stains. This was not a problem at all for these guys. I would certainly hire them again.
