Express Dry Carpet Cleaning

It was very easy to work with Express. Easy scheduling, arrived on time and finished on time. The carpets look great. We are extremely happy with the upholstery cleaning too - it made our sofa look brand new. Will work with them again

Excellent ..1st appointment setup went a little hinky as they require phone verification prior to leaving for customer destinations. However after calling and receiving a perfectly valid rationale for the pre-call (our home was quite a distance from their typical service area) - they rescehduled quickly for the next appointment and they arrived (after pre-call) on time and quickly went to work cleaning several areas.

Nabil arrived on time and went right to work. He had done my carpets several times before and had always done a great job. But I had not had these carpets cleaned since last December. I had several stains that were old and was unsure whether or not they would come out. Nabil worked very **** ** the stains, and my rugs look like new! I will definitely be using Nabil and his company again.

I called Friday late in the day, and they came Saturday. Nabil was wonderful! He was knowledgeable, friendly and did a great job!

Fine. Justin, a pleasant professional, phoned one-half hour before he arrived and upon arrival immediately restated the amount of work to be done and the price we had agreed to with their scheduler. He also described the procedure, materials, and equipment which would be used. Justin did a very good job with carpet that in certain places (e.g., the hall) has taken a lot of wear and is never again. going to have an A-1 appearance. Overall, the cleaning experience went well.

Justin was very prompt, courteous, and professional. He spent a little over a hour and a half cleaning the carpets. I was painting so he was considerate enough to show me how to get around without messing up his work. He did a great job of going over the whole process, looking at every room and talking about spots. The carpet looked great when he was done. Definitely will hire him again.

We were able to get on the schedule very quickly - they were available to come the next day. Justin arrived during the time bracket we were given. He spent about 90 minutes here. The rugs look much cleaner. One room had a lot of stains and he was able to remove them. Very pleased.

I bought a service package coupon for $179 and paid $150 more on the day when the cleaning was done. I didn't inspect how well it was done because it was right before my oversea vacation. A few days later, my rental agent and tenant both complained that the carpet was poorly cleaned when they walked thru. The tenant even refused to move in on time unless the carpet is cleaned again. In addition, the experience with making appointment wasn't pleasant. The phone line seemed troubled or mishandled: my call was ignored but I could hear the conversation and kind of shouts on the other line clearly. The receptionist could be more polite and professional. However, the schedule was accommodative and the serviceman was right on time.

I hired Express Carpet to deep clean my parent's living room and dining room apartment carpeting. The carpet hadn't been cleaned in about eight years. They gave us a two hour window for service call and were on time. Justin was very professional and did a wonderful job. The carpets look almost new.

Everything went very well. Nabil came to clean our areas rugs and stairs runner. Nabil was very friendly and professional, and called shortly before he arrived (as I had been told he would). Area rugs came out very well. Overall, we are very happy with our experience.

Not at all well, The picture for the deal showed and extraction system being used which when I bought the deal that was what I expected but that was not what they used, they used a floor buffer and they spray chemical down and then the floor buffer just kind of buff the surface fiber of the carpet, to clean just the surface fibers of the carpet there was no extraction, initially I was okay with it and then as I looked at the carpet I realized it really and then I also had some pretty duty heavy stains that I knew extractions would be needed to get it out and their way of doing it didn't do anything for those stains and I ended up having to hired somebody separately to use extraction to come in a treat specifically the room that had the stain to get them out. I am not happy, made it clear in the ad that they are not doing extractions they were doing and that they were doing chemical treatment on the surface and then a buffing of the surface.

Nabil is great. He cleaned our carpet at our last house prior to selling it so I asked for him again. He is enthusiastic about his job and really makes an effort to do a good job.
