Vaughn and Walid both introduced themselves, used shoe protectors without a reminder and were very professional and courteous through the entire job. Everything in the scope of work was cleaned as requested and the price was reasonable.

Tiran was on time and very quick and efficient.

It was a quick job for them because we have a small house with only 9 air ducts, but they seemed to do a good job. Tyran and Dave were both very nice. Tyran hooked up a huge vacuum device to the main return at the furnace. Then Dave went around the house and sprayed high pressure air into each vent blowing everything back to the main vacuum to be sucked up. When they were done vacuuming, they sprayed a sanitizer into the vents. I called because we had a funny, unpleasant smell in the house that we think we narrowed down to the air ducts, so I really hope this worked. But I think we'll have to wait a few days to see if it made a difference. But right now I'm very satisfied. They arrived as promised, kept everything clean, and were very pleasant, courteous and professional. When I called on the phone, they quoted me a higher price than I saw on Angie's List, but once I mentioned Angie's List and mentioned the price I saw online, they charged me exactly that and did not try to up-charge me for any additional services. Tyran even offered a discount on future carpet cleaning if needed.

Carpet cleaners arrived early which was great. They looked over the areas and wasted no time getting started. Our carpet is just about a year old so the bedrooms were not bad at all, the stairs had a few spots and they removed them all. We will definitely use them again. Great Job.

Very professional and punctual. They went out of their way to honor their coupon when they normally don't service the Baltimore city area. They were expedient and did a great job on the couches. I would recommend them to anyone. Ask for Nabil. He was extremely courteous and efficient. I added some additional couches on to the order, and he readily accommodated my need.

Nabil arrived ready to go with another employee in the window of time I was given. They called ahead to give me notice as well. They got right to work and cleaning a number of carpeted areas. They were professional and clear about expectations. I mentioned that the previous owners had dogs and Nabil explained which products he would be using to deep clean the areas. Overall this was a very good experience and I would use them again.

They cleaned three area rugs for me because I do not have carpet in my house. They sent out two works to complete the cleaning. The service was fine.

They were unable to remove stain. Actually, since the cleaning the sofa now looks worst and there are discolorations are the couch. The service was not satisfactorly. Quality of work was just terrible.

The lead tech walked through the apartment with me. He noted areas that might not respond to the cleaning and confirmed my Angie's lost coupon number. I told the tech that I had a meeting to attend in Va and would collect the key the following day. They completed the work and locked up the apartment. When I did the final walk thru with the apartment management they were impressed with how good the carpet looked.

When I called to make the appointment, I was told it would take two professionals about 2 to 3 hours to clean my two systems. I thought the amount of time should justify the price. On the day of service, they called me to say they could come early if I was available, so I let them come two hours early. Since this was the first time I had ever had my air ducts cleaned, I asked questions about how to verify if there is actually any difference before and after the cleaning. I was told the vacuum filters would collect the dust and debris after they were done, and I was the first customer for that day. They hooked up the flexible giant tube to my secondary HVAC system's return opening and started their work. During the entire process, it was mostly the older worker doing everything, while the younger gentleman talked to me. It later dawned on me that they did not block any vents / openings while vacuuming the return duct, and they did not touch any vents, which are all on the ceilings. It took less than 20 minutes before they switched to the primary HVAC system. This time, while vacuuming the return duct, the older worker also blew air into the 8 floor vents. Again, they did not block any openings / vents and did not touch any ceiling vents. When they were done, they showed me the filters in their vacuum machine. They were empty! Their explanation was that I had a clean house. That was quite strange, since I am about done with my 4-month renovation of the entire house. Even on smooth painted vertical walls, I can wipe down a considerable amount of dust. I can't believe my ducts can be so clean! Both of my HVAC systems have been running non-stop throughout the renovation. I paid them the $328 as agreed, and they were out the door within one hour. I feel this was a total waste of my money. I have dealt with a dozen contractors during the past months, and this was the only time I was disappointed. In addition, they were not very careful with my brandnew hardwood floor. They scattered some debris in several areas, and managed to produce an extra screw that did not belong anywhere but was nonetheless stepped on, leaving two obvious dents on my new floor. When I could not turn on the primary system at the thermostat and called them about it, I was told they forgot to flip the AC switch back on.

They were running a little late at first but otherwise everything was great. They ended up doing 7 areas total and I am pleased with the work. Tiran is who I dealt with primarily.

Did a fabulous job getting all stains out, and giving furniture a fresh look. Would highly recommend, and plan to use in the future.

The two workers who cleaned the carpet showed up on time. They were nice enough. They told me that they were going to treat the spots with a spot cleaner and then clean the carpets with the large rotating machine. There were quite a few spots from pet stains, etc. I guess I thought that deep cleaning meant they would treat the spots with a cleaner and actually try to get them out with a hand brush or something, but it just meant spraying more chemicals for the larger or darker stains. They were there for less than 40 minutes. The smell from the cleaner was very strong. I had to air the house out for hours afterward and most of the spots did not come out. To me it seemed like in one room there were spots that hadn't even been there before - maybe they were brought to the surface by the cleaning - I don't know. He showed me the first room he had done and it appeared to have come clean, but after it dried and I looked closely, I could see that the carpet fibers had just been brushed the other way by the machine. The spots were slightly lighter but definitely still there. The carpets felt sticky even after they dried. He said they could come again if these stains reappeared, but frankly the smell was so strong, I prefer not to have them come back. This deal wasn't really much of a deal - I felt like I could have done the same thing with a rental machine from the grocery store. You get what you pay for, I guess.

Nabil and Cederic did a great job!! They had to reschedule the first appointment because one of their technicians was sick. They called me first thing in the morning that day though to reschedule... and added free deodorizer for my three items because of the inconvenience. The day of the rescheduled appointment they called first thing in the morning to tell me the approximate time they planned to arrive during the appointment window. They arrived right on time and did an awesome job! They also took the time to explain to me the best way to care for my items, which I really appreciated. Definitely plan to use them again. Terrific service and price!

We thought that they were good, good personable service. They were very responsive, good crew, easy to work with, we know we gave them a challenge and they fulfilled it, I think the price was good, they were responsive but we had some scheduling issues where we had to reschedule but we were able to work it out.

Express Dry Carpet & Air Duct Cleaning did an excellent job cleaning my carpets. The cleaned three bedrooms a hallway and stairs with the Angie's List Deal for 150. They were punctual and very quick. My carpets had pet hair and stains and they did a great job removing both! I would definitely use their services again.

Nabil did a great job! He called that morning and asked if he could come early! (that never happens). He was fast, thorough and very nice. The carpet is very clean and looks like new. His work and attitude made working with Express Cleaning a breeze. I will be using them again.

They arrived later than their 2-hr appointment window, but got to work right away and were very efficient. Nabil and his crew were very professional and I would definitely use them again. They even gave us a discount since they were late, and couldn't fully clean one of our rugs.
