They removed stains from both rugs and cleaned them generally. I'm satisfied with the work performed, but they did not call before arriving as promised, which would have been appreciated since they were running late.

Our basement carpet was in dire need of a cleaning. It now looks great! Setting up the appointment was a breeze, the price was fair, and Justin did a great job.

I contacted Express Dry Carpet Cleaning based on the reviews I read on Angie's list. I had gotten quotes from another vendor that came with promotion coupons. The owner Shouki honored the promotion coupons (which was not even his) and agreed to do duct cleaning for a 2 unit system and clean the carpet runner leading up to 2nd floor at a very reasonable price. On the day of work, his office called ahead of time to advise crew's arrival time. Tiran and Keith arrived on time and performed a very thorough job. They were friendly and explained things nicely. I ended up asking them to clean the dryer vent as well, since I was having new washer and dryer installed the next day. About a week later, I noticed that the new dryer was not drying laundry properly. Not knowing the cause, I sent a message to the owner on a Sunday and asked if it is possible that the dryer vent still have something blocking air. Shouki responded right away and informed me that he will send the crew back to my house on Monday. Again Tiran and Keith came on time and did a thorough check of the dryer vent. It was clean. We traced it to the outside exhaust vent that is above the garage on the side of the external wall. They apologized that they could not get up to the roof to clean it and said they will report back to office to proceed with a refund. And the owner later contacted me and did provide a full refund for the dryer vent cleaning. I am very surprised with this gesture and part of that is not their fault. However, through this experience, they kept their promise, showed up on time, treated customer with care and took responsibility for something not entirely their fault. I am very pleased to have found this company, and I have no reservation to recommend them to anyone who has carpet or duct cleaning needs.

I was hesitant to hire Express Dry Carpet Cleaning because they do not use the steam cleaning method with which I am more familiar. I chose to use them because they were the the only one of four companies to respond to my detailed emails requesting an estimate, and because their estimate seemed reasonable. Subsequent messages to set up an appointment, and make sure I understood their cleaning method is not steam cleaning, were timely and clear, and so was a follow-up phone call to confirm. On the day of service, the technicians arrived about 15 minutes after the start of their two-hour window; clearly answered more of my questions about the relative benefits of their method vs.steam cleaning; then cleaned my carpets quickly (900 sq ft on two levels in about 40 minutes). Their cleaning effectively removed several “organic” pet stains; was less effective (as predicted) with some water stains; and was also less effective (as predicted) at returning dirty carpet to an earlier color (represented by an area beneath a chair mat). As a result, their cleaning certainly didn't make my carpets look like new; but it definitely made them look better than they did. Moreover, I simply do not know if steam cleaning would have done significantly better. I give them A's for their excellent communication, for arriving as scheduled, and for cleaning as promised, leaving my carpets clearly cleaner, but not like new. I recommend them, unless you are certain that steam cleaning will make your carpets look like new.

Tiran Hill was a consummate professional. He arrived on time and performed the work extremely well. There were a few spots that could not come up, but it was not for him attempting to remove them using different methods. Tiran was knowledgeable, polite and very hard working. Would I use Express Dry again - absolutely - and would ask for Tiran!

The services performed were excellent. The technicians showed up on time and were very professional.

The crew arrived within the scheduled time window and did thorough job on setting up and doing the air duct cleaning, which had not been done in many years at our house. We had not originally asked them to clean the clothes dryer vent and hose but they did so for a modest additional cost at about half of their usual rate. They apparently had concerns about removing old vent covers with painted-over screws, so I did that for them in several cases and replaced with new brass screws which I will definitely not paint over again. They were very considerate about explaining how the duct cleaning process worked and how often we should do this again in the future. From the air ducts they cleaned out a huge amount of old hair from our current and previous pets. A sort of archeology of our pet ownership experience. Definitely worth doing. Great job.

Very efficient and thorough job by a very conscientious workman named Bill Aisaghir. (Not related in any way; just very impressed) It was nice to have someone with such a happy attitude who also was so efficient in his cleaning, particularly some bad stains in our carpet. We've hired a number of carpet cleaners through Angie's List. This was by far the best yet!

They came to my house cleaning the ducts twice. The first time was Dec 2014. Two technician came to my house. My HVAC unit is in the basement. They could not reach it. So they put the vacuum hose in the return duct at 1st floor to clean. They did not clean the duct interior surface, did not clean the return duct at the 2nd floor. They told me there is no need to clean the supply duct. After their cleaning, no improvement on the dusts and lints. So I called them and paid 2nd time to clean again. This time they took a hand-held vacuum to the basement and cleaned the unit and left. Still no improvement. I did not know what to do. But the dust and lints from the air ducts bothers me. So I called another company Airwiz Duct Cleaning. They are super. Now I know what the duct cleaning should be: clean the supply ducts, clean the return ducts, clean the duct interior surface, cover the vents after cleaning, etc. The complete system shall be cleaned.

As far as I could tell at the time it went well. They did a good job on the carpets which is why I did not give them an F, but I was suspicious about the duct cleaning because they were only in my Condo for about 2 hours, and I assumed they would be there longer to take care of both the carpets and the HVAC ducts. In fact, the person in the office seemed irritated at me when I asked why it took such a short time to clean everything, and was more concerned about getting my payment than answering any questions. The explanation they gave me was that my HVAC system was not that big. And unfortunately I was not there to see exactly what they did. It was not until recently when I decided to have the ducts cleaned again that I learned that they did not do a good job at all and only cleaned the areas I could see. The technician showed me before and after pictures of the inside of the ducts and it looked as if it had never been cleaned. Won't be hiring these folks again, but that is what I get for trying to select based on price as their price was very competitive, but I ended up paying more than twice as much as I had to get the ducts cleaned all over again.

Nabil (the person doing the work) did a great job and was very helpful. He made the carpets look great again even after all the dogs, kids, guests tromping all over them. The house had a nice, light "lemony fresh" scent to it. I would definitely use express dry again.

The carpet cleaning was okay. They had to come back, but they were pretty nice. They did not make promises. It was kind of they came in and did a fast job. I know it was a small job, but it was not right. You have 30 days to call them back and I called them back. After the second time, I was fine. It was better. Their responsiveness to come back was great.
