Purchsed Angie's List Buy Now Complete Home Air Duct Cleaning and Sanitizing on 09.30.2015. Received a message to call and schedule. Appointment scheduled for 10.06.2015, received reminder call on 10.05.2015 with time frame 10-11 am. We received a phone call in the morning 10.06.2015 that they would be arriving around 10:45-11am. Two gentlemen arrived at that time and set right to work. They were very friendly, courteous, informative and efficient. They completed the job before noon, no mess and the bonus of a nice fresh scent in the house from the sanitizing. Well worth the price in professionalism, punctuality, communication, and a job well done! Very good experience, would use again and will recommend this company.

This was a great company to deal with. The two men that cam were extremely courteous and friendly and did a great job. I will definitely try them for carpet cleaning next!

Vaughn did any outstnading job. Carpet looks great. He was on time and very professional. The method they used dries in half the time as steamcleaing.

the ad was deceptive. It never mentioned that the offer was limited to 1 sofa and one chair. the price that they gave for doing additional pieces of furniture was exorbitant. I called off the deal.

We were very happy with the service that was provided. Nabil did a fantastic job. He called 1 hour prior to scheduled time to tell me he was on schedule. He explained the process that he was using and offered advice on keeping the chairs clean.

They came in on time. The guys were courteous kind and friendly.. The carpet was treated in a professional way. I am so proud of our carpet now. Will hire their services again and will recommend this company to my family and friends. Good job guys.

The vendor showed up and performed very well. My family and I purchased a home in May 2015. The previous owner had multiple pets and the dandruff was causing allergic reactions that had us on the brink of moving out. The vendor came to home and was very professional and detailed focused. As a result of the service they provided, my family and I are sneeze and runny nose free. I would high recommend this company.

I can't say enough about how professional, helpful and dedicated these employees are. Our pets got into a fight and there were flecks of blood on our nicely upholstered chairs that I was afraid would never come out. And the longer the stains set, the greater the chance was that they wouldn't come out. Express Dry Carpet & Air Duct Cleaning worked with me to get Vaughn Smith to our house at 7 pm the day I called. He worked until 9 pm and not only did he do a wonderful job removing the stains, he cleaned our basement wall-to-wall carpet. Vaughn is a true professional and a pleasure to have working in your house.

Our carpets look great, and I think we got a good value. I was a little concerned at first because the "fine print" for the deal we bought didn't actually include all of the 'fine print.' We purchased a "Premium Package" from Angie's List that was $219 for 900 square feet plus Scotch Guard, etc, but the Deal didn't tell us that the 900 square feet was intended to be limited to 5 areas of 150 square feet each, and didn't include stairs. I expected that stairs wouldn't be included, even though the Angie's List Deal details didn't say that. But the limit on the total number of areas surprised me. We wanted to have three bedrooms cleaned, plus the hallway upstairs, two stairways, and our living room, which totaled about 700 square feet, but would have counted as 6 areas plus 2 stairways. So initially when I called to schedule the call, I was told we would have to pay additional $50 for the extra area, plus $70 additional for each stairway. I questioned the math (5 areas of 150 square feet is only 750 square feet, and I had paid for 900 square feet), and was told that the service provider would finalize the estimate on the day of cleaning, which was fine with me. Nabil arrived on time, and did a great job with the carpets. We didn't expect him to move furniture, so we moved our big sofas and the mattresses out of the rooms ahead of time. Nabil moved tables, chairs, bed frames, toy boxes, etc, to make sure all the rooms were thoroughly cleaned. The carpets have new life, which is what we needed. We have some really severe high traffic areas, which aren't 100% restored, but they are as good as they are going to get, I think. We would use Express Dry again, and I would recommend them to friends, but I don't think I would purchase a "Deal" from Angie's List next time. I think our total cost would have been better just based on our total number of areas and Express Dry's regular pricing.

Two staffers arrived at the pointed time. Discussed and showed them the portions of house they were to concentrate their efforts. They came with all equipment and supplies including vacuum. They were very thorough and professional. Very please with cleaning effort.

These guys were awesome! they kept in touch once an appointment was scheduled. 2 gentlemen came and they were extremely professional and knowledgeable. The work was super fast! And they gave me an estimate on the spot for carpet cleaning which we will definitely be getting done in the near future! Awesome awesome company!

My experience with Express Dry Carpet & Air Duct Cleaning was very pleasant and I found the prices to be fair. They emailed and called me immediately to set up a time to perform the requested services. Other than the technician being about half an hour late due to traffic on the service date (which he called well ahead of time to notify me about) , my expectations for the services rendered were exceeded. The technician was very kind, polite, and professional. He explained the process of how he was going to clean my furniture and, after looking at the pieces, gave me an idea of the results I could expect. He was very quick but thorough with all the pieces and even included the throw pillows for my couch. I believe it took him about 1 hour 45 minutes to clean all 4 pieces (1 three-seater sofa, matching chair, ottoman, and 1 full size mattress). After about 24 hours everything was fully dry and looked 100% better, and better yet, gave me the piece of mind that they were CLEAN before selling or putting into storage. I would certainly use this company again for any upholstery cleaning needs.

It was wonderful. They were on time, pleasant, and efficient. They helped me to understand the air duct system better.

The work was done quickly, competently, and thoroughly. The representative was very personable and explained what he would do and how long it would take. When he finished, he also reviewed what he had done, how long it would take for the furniture to dry and how to get rid of remaining cat hair and marks from the cleaning. All of his explanations have proven accurate. He was late but called to let us know that he was delayed and to give a new estimate of when he would arrive.

Fine. Basic service after having floors refinished. Acceptable job, good price.

It was one person, the owner, and he was very responsive. He was fine. He did his job, was very pleasant and very business-like.

My appointment window was between 9-10 am, they called at 9:30 and said they would arrive at 10:15, but they didn't arrive until 10:30. Not a big deal to me. The entire service took less than an hour. The two technicians were very polite and explained everything clearly. They did a great job and I would recommend them!

Nabil called to give me a time of arrival and he did arrive on time. He was friendly and courteous. He was sensitive to my allergy to fragrances, offered two options and allowed me to choose. He got right to work on cleaning the carpet and chair--which were badly soiled from dog urine. The stains on the chair came out and the odor was gone when he left. He also left me with some of the cleaning solution in case the odor returned. The next day the odor in the carpet has returned, although it is not nearly as bad as before the cleaning. I am satisfied that he did what could be done and the extra solution will help eliminate the odor. I would recommend and use this service again

I guess I expected something else. The workers showed up on time, and were very polite and courteous. They spray your carpet with a solution and then use a dry buffer to clean out dirt. On the steps they use a small buffer (like you would use to buff your car or to grind something) My biggest complaint - the carpet is still as dirty looking as before. I don't think this method of "dry carpet cleaning" actually works. They told me once it dries, it will look better, and you will see the dirt is gone. Well it isn't. I also had to ask the guys to wipe off the baseboards and wall from where dirt and pet hair splatter from the buffer. They did no problem. I literally had the whole house professionally cleaned the day before (2 ladies cleaned for 4 hours) the carpets were not extra dirty - they had just been professionally vacuumed. The whole job took about an hour I guess. I was also given $15 off for a "good Angie's list review" - it's even written on my receipt. well here you go, this is as good as it gets with this service. I have requested a refund from the vendor.
