Express Dry Carpet Cleaning

I called on 21 December to request an estimate/service and they were able to provide the service the same day! Jennifer spoke to me about the process and provided me an estimate over the phone. She was really responsive, sweet, and professional. Nabil and Cederik were the technicians that performed the cleaning. They carefully dismantled my sectional to move it off the area rug and proceeded to cleaning everything fully. They were extremely thorough and professional. I can honestly say that I was impressed by the personnel and service provided. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone and I will absolutely use them again in the future.

This was a big deal purchase. They were okay. I could not say the result was great, but, I mean, I did not really expect too much. They came out about two days after I purchased the deal. I think their price was reasonable. I was not there when they were doing it.

The men arrived at the appointed time, cleaned my furniture well in a timely manner. They were pleasant and professional.

They were excellent! I was very happy and pleased with the services provided. Nabil was very professional and friendly, he was on time and explained many things along the way. He knew what he was doing and will definitely use them again. My sofas look almost new, my carpets are super clean and my air duct are spotless.

The person that came out was very friendly but he arrived about 4 hours later than scheduled. The equipment they use on the stairs left quite a bit of damage on the baseboards on the stairs and not all stains came up from our basement level.

Nabil did a wonderful job. He was on time, was polite and friendly. He was considered of our dogs and to make sure the noise did not bother them. He clean the furniture and carpet and paid particular attention to the areas where our dogs stay. When he was finished the furniture and the carpet looked great and the whole house smelled good. I would definitely recommend him and use this company again.

The provider called when he was on his way and was within the time quoted. He was very friendly and went right to work and finished quickly. He did a nice job. I couldn't ask for a better job.

Nabil arrived on time. He called 20 minutes before his arrival, which we appreciated. He clearly explained the process and what we could expect. He worked steadily for nearly 2 hours and took care to protect our hardwood floors. The cleaning solution had a strong odor and I was glad the weather was nice enough so we could open the porch door while he was working. The strong odor did not persist for long. The sofas and chairs look a lot better.

The lead man who came was professional in nature however, they did not do a good job cleaning my sofa. Before I purchased the coupon I mad sure they did a dry cleaning service, when they came here they thought they were doing a wet cleaning of my sofa. Once they realized they said they could still do it. In dry cleaning the sofa needs to be throughly cleaned as in vacuuming)before the solvent is put on which they did not do. They put the solve on and cleaned it off, so they found in the dirt that was already there. As a result my sofa looks dingy and not cleaned at all. Would definitely not use them again as it was a rip off.

Everything went very well, the biggest concern I always have with any sort of service that involves cleaning is the drying part. After he cleaned the furniture he had another machine that was very quiet and he was able to clean the carpet, it was like magic. The carpet was cleaned and dried very quickly. Would I use him again, absolutely. If he increased his prices would I call him again, absolutely. Was the service worth the price, no question - absolutely. Not only was he prompt, he was early. Did he save me time- yes! Thank you Nabil, great job!

It was very easy to schedule an appointment. I got a reminder call the day before the service. The technician called the day of the service to tell me that he would be coming to my house in about 30 minutes. The technicians were very pleasant. They completed the work in less than an hour. After they left I did find some dust near the air ducts in both upstairs bathrooms as well as near the return on the second floor. I used the dryer after the technicians left and I noticed that it seemed to take longer to dry the clothes than it had taken before the dryer vent was cleaned. I was surprised as I thought that the clothes might dry more quickly after the dryer vent was cleaned. It may have taken longer to dry because I had a very large load of clothes in the dryer.

Came at the scheduled time and did a thorough job. He worked efficiently and the carpets looked great! I plan on using Express Carpet Dry each year!

The crew arrived on time and were very professional and courteous. They explained clearly what they would be doing, and what the additional work I requested would cost. They did a great job, and I will definitely use them in the future. The company also does carpet and upholstery. I did not use those services, but I am planning to have them return to clean my couches. I may be imagining it, but I would swear the air in my house is fresher to breathe!

Found the company on Angie's List on 10/12. Called for an appointment and they were able to cater to my schedule. Excellent communication from both Vaughn and Chris on the way to my house. They did an excellent job on cleaning the furniture and left the place spotless. I am considering having them clean our carpet and air ducts in the near future as well. Highly recommended!

They were okay. I wouldn’t say they were very professional. He got there late and then did sort of a half fast job. I mean it’s a simple dirty bit. It wasn’t a whole lot better when he left. The price was about right. They were fine.

Very pleased with the quality of the carpet cleaning. Also, it was pleasant dealing with the company as it was easy to set up an appointment, I was called early in the day and received a more specific time that they would be arriving at my house, and I was not subject to any unnecessary upselling. I will be definitely be calling upon them again the next time I need carpets cleaned!

We have two small children, so both sofas had suffered some abuse and needed extra attention. Justin did a great job and spent the extra time it needed to get both sofas looking clean and serviceable again. I also really appreciated that he called in advance when he was running late (due to traffic and torrential downpours). I would definitely use this provider again.
