Description of Work: The big deal said 5 rooms. Apparently however a hall (which was probably 50 square feet) counts as a room. So I had to pay an additional $50 to get the den carpet cleaned. They did not move any furniture. I did not expect them to move big pieces but they didn't even move a chair or a small night stand. when I moved the night stand there was black marks under it where they had not cleaned. They were in and out of my house in under 40 minutes for the "6" areas they cleaned. | |I would have like to have known they were not moving ANY furniture so I wouldn't have purchased this. I would rather have spent more money and had a thorough job done.

Description of Work: The folks at Express Dry Carpet were great. Starting with the lady that answered the phone from the gentlemen that cleaned my carpets, the folks there are very friendly, pleasant, and professional. They even arrived early for my appointment! The owner of the company called later that day to follow up on their job.
