There was some confusion about cleaning the furniture, they called the office and had someone else come out to do it. they apologized and gave me a discount for my trouble. The best way to judge a company is how they fix problems and they did a great job to fix a minor issue.

Description of Work: Nabil arrived promptly and worked diligently to clean the rugs in my dining room, bedroom and den. The dining room and bedroom were badly soiled and he worked hard to get them clean. Although they were too far gone to get them spotless they are close to it.

Description of Work: Went very badly. Appointment was scheduled. When they called to confirm for date scheduled, I found that the person I spoke to was rude and unreasonable. I was told a coffee table would be moved to perform carpet cleaning but would not commit to a moving a table that was 1/2 the size and weight of the larger that would be moved. In fact, the woman who was doing the scheduling even suggested that I "cancel the order." Very poor service and customer care skills.
