Description of Work: Nabil arrived on time. He was courteous, professional, used the time very economically and most importantly, he did an excellent job. I will indeed call Express Dry Carpet around this same time next year for my annual cleaning. I hope that Nabil will still be with the company!

Description of Work: They removed a portion of the basement carpet where water had leaked, pointed out mildew strips where carpet is attached, removed the strips. They used fans to dry carpet & then returned to put back furniture and carpet. They also noticed water damage on wall in bath basement from a plumbing problem.

Description of Work: The company came to clean vents in a home we purchased and we're moving in to. They were responsive and booked and we had to reschedule and they rescheduled only to call us back and state that the date wasn't going to work. I was going to cancel and reschedule with another company but they called back and offered to come on Sunday, which did impress me. So even though They aren't usually open on Sundays they were willing to make the adjustment because the person who rescheduled us had made an error. They arrived on time (even a few minutes earlier) and made some recommendations while they were there.

Description of Work: Nabil cleaned 3 rooms, one with bad pet stains. He also cleaned an arm chair and a recliner. He was very professional and worked hard to make everything look almost brand new when he was done. I used Express Dry once before and will use them again in the future.

Description of Work: Came in and performed service. We did have a dual hvac system so they charged us as two seperate jobs, but did give special deal for both, but I thought that was fair, maybe others would differ? They did the job well from what I saw.
