Description of Work: I was really surprised when I was able to schedule an appointment so quickly when I called and on a Saturday. The crew called me in the morning to ask if they could come earlier then scheduled, which worked out fine. We bought the house las year so we were not sure what to expect. They confirmed that the vents were very dirty, especially the dryer vent so I asked them to do the other vent. They were very tolerant and respectful of my very noise sensitive collie. I would use them again

Description of Work: Nabil the service provider was extremely nice and courteous. He cleaned my sofa large oversized chair and ottoman. He also applied a fabric protector and a sanitizer which I had not expected because previously with other providers they charge extra for these services. He did a wonderful job. Description of Work: Cleaned 2 bedroom rugs and round and rectangular rug (& 2 small throw rugs) which had been soiled by a dog. (Stained areas are slightly visible but am very pleased with his work). Vaughn did a good job, was very polite and stayed focused on his work.

Description of Work: I just bought a new place and wanted the carpets cleaned. The issue the carpets had was with a black like soot along the baseboards, which seems to be fairly common when I was touring homes. I don't think dry carpet cleaning is the most effective for this kind of dirt. They were able to get some of it out, but I still had a lot of staining. Granted, they did tell me that they wouldn't be able to pick most of it up, but in the very heavy sooty areas, instead of cleaning it up, it just got spread around on the carpet. I think most areas were either an improvement or no change, but a few areas were worse. I think this method of cleaning is probably best for spot stains where there isn't dirt that needs to get picked up. I ended up purchasing a small handheld carpet steamer to work on the sooty areas over time. | |I also had duct cleaning performed. As far as I can tell, they did a good job, and I've had no issues.

Description of Work: They cleaned my HVAC ductwork. They were very professional, courteous and did a good job cleaning the ductwork. The only problem was a button was pushed on a backup attached to the HVAC which stopped the air conditioner from working and they were unable to get it working again, although they did try very hard to. I had to call an HVAC person and realized that the button just had to be pushed. Fortunately, they didn't charge me for this.
