Description of Work: Crew was on time and very professional. They performed the vent cleaning first and then moved to the carpets. The carpets looked very good after they had dried. Several pet stains had been successfully removed. They worked hard and would recommend them.

Description of Work: In general the experience was good. The technician was friendly, but he was not entirely prepared for a house our size. For example, he did not have a ladder that could reach our dryer vent exit from the house. We have three units, and he wasn't sure which unit operated which floor and where the returns were located. I am glad I was there because he seemed to have a lot of questions for me, whereas I did not think I would need to be involved at all.
