Express Dry Carpet Cleaning

Provider had great communications from first contact including a call before coming out in the morning. Showed up exactly when he said he would and got to work immediately. Thoroughly finished in less than two hours and everything looks really great. Provided useful information about drying times and avoiding putting certain furniture on the carpets to avoid stains. Would definitely use again!

They were very nice but I was not happy with results

They did a great job. A few of the cushions were really messy and they cleaned the cushion and sanitized them as well. The technician, Nabil, was personable, professional and friendly. He was quite conscientious; he did a great job - the cushions look terrific. He even cleaned up the leaves under the furniture and placed them in a trash bag. I highly recommend the company and Nabil in particular.

Nabil's timing and professionalism were outstanding.

They canceled the original appointment due to weather. They did not want to in and out the house while it rains and get house all dirty. They show up on time and take time to get job done right. We have done a few duct cleaning in the past. They are the best by far. Also, it priced reasonably.

Showed up at time promised. They got to work quickly and efficiently. Cleaned dryer vent which was not fixed properly - probably when the dryer was moved around. Cleaned entire washer area of lint and fixed the vent properly. Though not part of package, sanitizer application was given for free.

Nabil was on time and did an excellent jog. Very friendly and would recommend him (them) to my neighbors!!

Nabil Cleaned a loveset with twill fabric, very hard to clean. Saw a noticeable difference in the appearance. Love seat was 10 yrs old and faded, however needed cleaning. Looks good and Nabil was friendly and courteous.

After reviewing favorable online reviews about this company's work, I purchased my first Angie's List Big Deal for this carpet cleaning -- and given my very positive experience, am happy to submit a very favorable review too. Technicians were punctual, courteous, and paid special attention to high-traffic areas. Both worked together efficiently, quickly and well. Carpets dried fully in a few hours. (I used floor fans, too, to make sure everything dried fully.) Carpet turned out much better than it had with other providers I'd used in the past, and at a better price (with the Big Deal discount). I have old, builder's grade carpeting -- and it really looked bright and renewed, and smelled fresh and clean, after they were finished! I'll happily call Express Dry Carpet again for carpet cleaning in the future.

Very well. Nabil was prompt, courteous, and took a good bit of time to do a good job. This was not a "get in and done in 5 minutes and leave" effort. I was pleased with the work and would definitely hire the company again, but send Nabil!.

He was exceptionally honest, which was most appreciated. Had one sofa I asked him to clean and he honestly told me that he wouldn't be able to make it look any better - too old and yellowed - so we decided not to do it.

Great. They called ahead of time. Came during the window they gave me. Both associates were professional and friendly and told me how often to have the cleaning done and gave me feedback on why the vents were in the current shape.

Two-man team were prompt, friendly and efficient. Carpet looked almost new after the service.

From the time he came he did a very good cleaning of all our ducts, including sanitizing and changing filters. Could not any happier.

There was a ton of dust from waterproofing my basement. The furniture smelled and was very dusty. The couches and armchair were cleaned and the smell and dust were gone.

Their approach to cleaning seemed to be rubbing a buffing pad over the rug; next time I think I will go with a solution suction approach that gets the dirt out of the fibers and not just off the top of the rug. They arrived on time and were neat and professional.

Terrific crew. Justin & Wallid were terrific, thorough and did a great job. Even getting some tough set in stains out of white carpet. I will use them again in the future.

Two technicians showed up on time (actually a couple minutes early). Immediately went to work and were finished in a timely manner. All the work performed was as expected for the quoted price. I would use this company again without question.

It went well! Nabil was responsive to our needs. He took his time dealing with problem spots and our carpets look brand new. he thoroughly cleaned our kitchen carpet. It is a very high traffic area and the rug was stained and now it is bright and clean again. We have microfiber chairs and a couch and Nabil wanted to make us aware that the drying time was a lot longer. He did not want to clean it if we needed to use the chair right away. It was refreshing to work with someone who didn't want to make a buck; he cared about our needs. I will use him again.

Very good job. Took longer to drive than technician initially estimated. He said a few hours but it was really the next day when the chair and couch were dry enough. Chair especially (because it is lighter in color not because there was difference in quality of the work) looks much cleaner. Technician asked to borrow water for his next appointment (it was a lot of water, several containers fulI) Would recommend again.

Nabil arrived on time and did a fabulous job cleaning our carpet. He worked quickly without sacrificing the quality of the service. Very pleased and will call them again as needed!

There was a stain that looked like it came out but when the carpet dried it was still there. It was a shade lighter, but the stain was still there.

We had an excellent experience with Express Dry Carpet Cleaning. Nabil arrived on the early side of our time slot window and he also called 30 minutes ahead of time to let us know his anticipated arrival time. Nabil was very polite and professional. After cleaning each area of carpet, Nabil asked that we check the area to make sure it looked good and met our standards. He moved some smaller pieces of furniture to access and clean otherwise difficult-to-reach areas. We have never had our carpets professionally cleaned before, and didn't know what exactly to expect. Nabil was always happy to answer our questions and the finished product in all the areas looks great! If we have future carpet cleaning needs, we would definitely use Express Dry Carpet Cleaning again and will happily recommend to others.
