Description of Work: It was a refinance. There were some hurdles that had to be overcome but the team that worked with me addressed the open issues quickly and in a creative way to ensure the close happened sooner rather than later. The team was very responsive and quite efficient with the required paperwork. I felt they had my best interests in mind throughout the process.

Description of Work: Refinanced our home from a 30 to a 15 year loan a year after we purchased. I don't remember what it cost but it wasn't more than other refinancing operations. Of course they sold the loan shortly after to another bank since they are really just a broker. Worked great and quick.
