They did a very good job, but there was a substantial delay due to an unexpected obstacle. They communicated very well with me on a regular basis throughout the process. They extended my rate lock free of charge because the obstacle was not my fault, and they got me a great deal on a 5/1 ARM with no settlement costs.

They were terrific. They were very patient with me because of fluctuating interest rates and then my own personal situation. They were very patient and took their time and allowed me to schedule my appraiser when it was convenient for me. I was town a lot then because my mother was sick. They were very patient and accommodating & their people were very responsive. They were terrific. With pricing I felt like they were competitive. They're not internet lender cheap, but then you don't get that kind of service I don't believe from the internet lenders. For what you got in return I would give them an A for pricing. Their quality was excellent. They were very responsive. They would get right back to you. They were very professional.
