It went really well. They were super responsive and they made the process easy to follow and seamless. Everything went quickly because were very organized and efficient. They were able to get us better interest rates than any of the 3 banks that we had already spoken with.

My recollection of the events with Apex Home Loans is that it was fine. This was my first time refinancing and it seemed like there was a number of different people involved. Some things seemed like it took longer than needed. They were very courteous. The rates seemed reasonably fair. It seemed like someone would request a document from me and I would give it to them and then someone else would contact saying that they needed that same document. But overall, it wasn't too bad though. I would consider using them again.

It was fine. They helped us navigate the intricacies of that process. They were good at accommodating our busy schedules. They made the whole process pretty painless. They seemed responsive in helping us figure out what we needed to do and keeping us on track.

Began the process of refinancing with Apex; provided all paperwork needed and was put off by the banker many times with no explanation of why. After approximately 7-8 months of this I went to another company to have the refinance completed within 2 months. The banker at Apex was very helpful at first but after we were very involved with the process he became very busy with other things and seemed to put us on the back burner because of the time needed for this particular refinance; very disappointed with this company for wasting everyone's time; will not recommend.

Even though the whole process is a nightmare because they need so much information from you, they've been good to work with. They've gotten use great interest rates. Their fees are reasonable.They do a lot electronically and that makes it easier for us. So we don't have to fill out a lot of paperwork and send it back. It's a lot of email back and forth. They've got a lot of different assistants in there that are keen to work with. If you want someone you can talk to and you're not left in the lurch, it doesn't matter where you're at in the process, they're always available. They pick up the file and know where things are at.

Apex was fantastic to work with! I had the pleasure of working with Amy Smith, who was extremely knowledgeable, proactive and readily available throughout the process. Although I had initially sought home loan quotes from national lending chains, my realtor recommended I also consider Apex. I was pleasantly surprised when Apex offered me a loan rate that was 0.5% below that of my other offers, and that I was able to obtain a conventional loan for only 5% down. The entire application process went smoothly, and I was even able to close a few days earlier than expected, allowing me to take advantage of tax benefits this year! Overall my experience with Apex was excellent. I absolutely will use them for my future mortgage needs.
