Description of Work: In lost earnings. |The broker made false claims and had me take off work 9 times for closings that didnt happen. I am a doctor and had to cancel days and pay people to cover me. The broker then lied about my credit rating of 789 not being high enough. We firef Apex and went to another broker and completed the deal in 14 days after 3 months of getting nowhere with Apex. Our experience with Apex was a nightmare

Description of Work: Refinanced about 4 years ago. Have done several refinances with them. I have dealt with someone currently with Apex . I believe Apex took over her former Company. I have known and dealt with this person for my mortgage and refinancing for 20 + years. She has always been extremely informative and knowledgeable.

They came ready to make it happen for me, but I didn't end up doing it (timing was uncertain). But if/when I'm ready I will use them. They follow up with their customers (holiday cards, rate reports, occasional emails) which shows how much they value their existing customer relationships. That's a big plus in my book.
