He is very nice, friendly & fast. I hired him to do only concrete job but After I see his job & price I gave him more job to do fencing & garage door. Next time, if I need something to be done, he'll be my contractor. I strongly recommend to any job .

I called the owner, Juan, and he was over that afternoon to provide an estimate. I needed to get some concrete work done on my driveway as well as replace the flooring in my basement. He took his time and provided valuable insight on how to best make these repairs/renovations, gave me an accurate and competitive estimate, and was able to start and complete the project as advertised. Very nice group of young men who were attentive and patient with our questions. What more can you ask for in a contractor? Highly recommended.

My wife and I hired Mr. Bonilla (Juan) to build a 12 x 15 flagstone patio on-top of a concrete base for our backyard and also install concrete/flagstone steps, and must say Mr. Bonilla and his crew did an incredible job! We communicated via text for the majority of the process and when we set a date/time to meet and discuss the project he was always there and on-time. We had numerous other quotes from professionals and they overpriced us significantly and said the job would take over a week. Mr. Bonilla and his team did our job for a very reasonable price and completed the job in 3 days. He went through boxes to pick out the exact colors of the flagstone my wife wanted and the patio turned out beautiful! He even installed a new drainage system under the patio for us so water would not pool up and he did not charge us for the extra work. He is polite, professional and a hardworking person and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND him to complete any concrete/flagstone patio job!

The first time Juan came he did a good job and I paid a reasonable price and I would have given him a good rating. He did however have very dirty hands and put lots of black marks on my ceiling. His colleague asked me if I had a boyfriend which is unprofessional and creepy. The reason I give him a lower rating is that the 2nd time he was supposed to come he just did not show up. This is so unprofessional and has messed up my whole schedule. There is something called email and phone and I just do not understand why he does not cancel if he can no longer make it.

Customer service was good. Very responsive to call and text. Price reasonable. He was willing to make adjustments to my liking which bumped up my quality rating. I recommend others to be very clear with Juan B. about design.

Outstanding Job! We had Bonilla Construction to place thin brick on the foundation of our home. Now our home is the eye catcher of the neighborhood. Our first encounter with Mr. Juan Bonilla was professional and attentive. He had a lot of knowledge about thin brick and made several suggestions to enhance the look of our home. Daily the crew arrived at the appointed time and before leaving made sure that the work area was clean. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Definitely, we would contact Mr. Bonilla for our next project and recommend him to family and friends.

This guy does amazing work and for a good price. I did a lot of looking and he was the clear choice. He and his crew are very nice. Job done on time and he left my yard clean and concrete and brick work that has made me the envy of my neighbors.

Excellent work! They took a little time to respond to my initial inquiry (as did others matched by Service Magic) - I called them. I needed concrete work for my patio. Thereafter, Mr. Juan Bonilla was extremely prompt and came over immediately, provided a verey competitive estimate first time itself. From the time of initial contact, our work was completed within 5 days. They have proivided a one-year warranty and now, it is almost a month since the work - everything looks fine. I'll engage them again for my next project as it comes up and will recommend them very strongly.
