The deck was built to our satisfaction on time. My wife wanted the job completed by Thanksgiving and the crew worked on Saturday and Sunday to get it done. Once on site they were here every day until it was complete.

The work was first rate. I am so pleased with the finished deck. The quality was there from the start. Other than a delay in completing the job 1 day, it was handled very well. I was always in contact with the crew assigned to my project.

I usually dread home improvement projects, but Custom Works, Inc. Made replacing my front porch a positive experience from the initial visit and quote to the finished project. They were able to begin the work ahead of schedule. They explained what they were doing as the project progressed, and I did not have to pay a thing until the project was completed to my satisfaction. I am really enjoying my new porch, and I regularly receive compliments on it.

Glen and his partner were excellent contractors. Our deck was completed in less than 4 days and is fabulous. Glen came to our home on several occasions to hash out the details and provided us with 0% interest financing through BB&T bank. We recommended him to several people in the neighborhood and he has built at least one other deck in our community based upon the owner seeing our deck. We highly recommend him and his company.
