Custom Works did an excellent job on our screened porch. Their representative made good suggestions for incorporating our ideas and wishes into the porch�s design. To build the structure the size we wanted, we had to obtain a variance from the county, and the representative was helpful in that process. The construction crew was very skilled and used good quality materials. We have received many compliments on our new porch.

Through out the project the Foreman and crew were professional and keep us informed of their daily schedule. Site was cleaned up at the end of each day and made safe. There was one unforeseen item that popped up when they removed the existing siding and the office gave a fare price to repair this item. The end result turned out better then we expected, would use them again on pur next project.

Great group of people to work with. It was my first time dealing with a contractor and it was a flawless experience. They were very neat and always available to address my questions and concerns.

Glen was a great help in my deck building project. He had tons of pictures on his work to give me plenty of ideas. Glen kept me up to date on what was going on with HOA and with in no time my decking material was showing up, from the time the material showed up the deck was done in 2 days. An excellent experience from beginning to end!!! They gave us an honest quote that they stuck by. The work was started on time and completed on time. My son's birthday was upcoming and these guys worked dilligently to have the deck completed before his party during 4th of July weekend! They would have worked the holiday! They did such a great job that we then had a fence put in as well as a patio of pavers and resodded the area where the old deck was torn down. We got an expert's eye for asthetics that transformed our back yard into a newly expanded living space. All neighbors commented on how quickly and relatively quietly they worked

Glen and company were great. He didn't quite get it all done on schedule because there were problems getting the pavers I wanted for the patio. He offered to do it on time with another kind of paver at a reduced cost. But we were willing to wait for what we wanted. He reduced the price even though it wasn't even his fault. The deck was done on time and looks great. The patio got done when the pavers came in. Everything is fine. I have them doing another project. Glen Wilson of Custom works also referred me to GreatScapes ESI for my pond. GreatScapes did a great job on the pond.

Glen is great, he took care of everything! I have a Townhouse so HOA approval was required. Glen took care of the paperwork, building permits and calling Miss Utility thur the scheduling and completion of both a deck and patio. By the way they look great!

We are very pleased with Custom Works, everyone we dealt with were very professional. We had a front porch, siding, trim and gutters added to our house, with minor electrical and plumbing work. Glen talked with us about what we wanted and made recommendations and suggestions we never would have thought of. He went over everything with us in detail so we knew exactly what we were getting. During construction if we called Glen with questions or concerns he was very responsive, calling us back in a timely manner and explaining everything to us thoroughly, even the dumb question, and I know we had some. The work started on time and we were amazed at how fast they progressed. Christian and the crew that did our work were very professional. They kept the site clean and orderly and the work was finished on time and within budget. We would most definitely use Custom Works for future projects and would highly recommend them. Once it stopped raining and they got caught up and started the work it was just great. Other than a few problems with the permits and the weather they got to working on a deck, enclosed my carport to a garage and converted my screened in porch to a sunromm. We also resided the whole house and put up two columns in the front of the house! It looks just great; It's better than I could have imagined. Christian is a master carpenter and is very creative and more than happy to help you with whatever you want to have done. They were a pleasure to work with. Would certainly recommend them for your home upgrades.
