From the first day I met Glen with his outstanding professionalism, I knew him and his team are "MAN" for the job. Glen is a straight up guy and will tell you what he got on his plate and tell you the time of completion. I really like that, but what got me to hire him is the no "down payment". You pay him on the time of completion! I don't know if he does that to all his client, but IMO that alone deserve trust to his word that he will not take off with your money. As far as project cost, Glen's quote is within market cost and definitely worth every penny for the "DONE RIGHT" type of work and details they put in it. I highly recommend them!

We are so happy with our new deck! Glen took care of the process of getting our variance approved - we didn't have to lift a finger. They offered the railing style and screen style that we had trouble finding elsewhere, at a price that was a little lower than we expected. The quality is great - Keith (our foreman) is a real perfectionist. We are going to get a lot of use out of our deck, and would definitely recommend Custom Works.

Glen's team did a great job building our deck and patio. We took Glen's recommendation to avoid the standard rectangular deck and patio design; it looks great! By far, Custom Works has the best product for the money.

Glen provided expert knowledge in helping us to understand the differences in the deck materials. He was also able to help provide vision for the color and shape of the deck. The workmanship was great. The deck builder, Keith, was very friendly and tolerant of my children as they were fascinated with his every move during the deck-building process. I am glad that I went with Custom Works. Yes, the price beat the competitors, but I knew that I made the right choice when the deck builder's refused to put a board that was scratched on one side on the deck. I thought to myself, "Most builder's would have turned the board over and would be long gone before I noticed that they installed damaged material." That kind of commitment to quality will always receive my repeat business.

Deck was built 8 years ago, looked great! Developed very loose posts to two areas this summer and contacted Glen.Was told immediately that I was out of warranty,and was contacted by someone who quoted me 150.00 without even looking at my problem.,then said he would look at it first but never showed 2 days in a row! Glen then told me I should give him yet another chance and not to contact him again! (Glen) Contracted another company who fixed the posts quickly and said that it should have been taken care of during build!

They did an excellant job and cleaned up when completed.

Glen and Christian are the best and I will hire them again in the future. Christian and his crew works fast and with the best quality.

Custom works did a wonderful job. They were on time, did what was discussed, cleaned up and I was very pleased.

I decided to have a sunroom built late fall through the winter months. There were a few obstacles with the weather, however, I was amazed that the crew managed to show up on unbelievable cold days and met all of my expectations. Glen Wilson is a top notch contractor and I would recommend he and his crew for any projects. They are professionals, clean up debri afterward, constantly ask if there is anything else they can do or if you are pleased with their work product, & always have a welcome smile.n Hiring a crew of this magnitude will make you totally pleased with the end result. I will definitely consider them for future projects.

Glenn and his team took care of everything. Permits, condo association etc.....His team had the deck up and finished in 3 days. Very impressed with custom works and would hire them again without any reservation.
