Description of Work: The service I received from Safelite Auto Glass was like nothing I’ve ever experienced in my life - They handled the insurance work. They came to my office and they provide customer service that just doesn’t exist in today’s world. I mean everything from friendly courtesy communication to a perfect job and every single detail was explained. It was just a pleasure to have my entire windshield replaced and done so with no inconvenience on my part. I absolutely loved dealing with Safelite.

Description of Work: They replaced the windshield. It eventually worked out OK but they originally came with the wrong sized glass twice and got it right on the 3rd time. They were, however, very nice to work with.

Description of Work: They had to replace the whole windshield due to a large crack in the glass. They were very fast and professional. This was about 3 months ago and I have had no issues at all. Hopefully I won't need to use their services again, but I would highly recommend them.
