Hired for a deep cleaning. Emilia and her team showed up ready to work. They cleaned non-stop for 3 1/2 hours. They climbed ladders in the rooms that had cathedral ceilings to reach the cobwebs, cleaned ceiling fans, and light fixtures. They did baseboards, window sills, door jams, and cleaned my six panel closet doors. All of this without any special request from me, this is their standard level of detail. Of course, they did a wonderful job in the kitchen and bathrooms, too. So good, I have them coming back every other week. I've used other cleaning services before but, I was never satisfied with their work. This time I found exactly what I was looking for; someone who cleaned my home as they would clean their own.

Very pleased with this service. This was actually the first time that I have ever used Angie's list, and I came across Emilia and her group. I signed up for this service looking for a housekeeper, and I found an excellent one. If you are looking for someone that provides quality and service on a consistent basis, you have found the right group. Emilia consistently brings to the same three girls with her when she arrives at my home on a weekly basis. Initially, I had wanted a biweekly service, but decided on weekly after discussing it with her. The costs are fair and reasonable for the services that she/they provide. Upon the original interview, Emilia came to my home to look at what needed to be done. We agreed upon a price of $600 to do a deep clean, which they provided on a Saturday which was conducive to my schedule and worked well for everyone. My weekly service is reasonable and the quality is excellent. I look forward to every Thursday. Great job Emilia!

She has a team that works very hard and they do a good job cleaning. And if you are not happy with anything they make it right. She is very responsible and the people that work for her a great people.

This is an excellent and very professional crew of 4 women. Their first cleaning was a big one -- I had been without a housekeeper for 4 months and wasn't able to keep up in spite of my best efforts. We scheduled an initial evaluation, and agreed upon a price that was fair for the first cleaning, and subsequent bi-weekly cleanings. The crew arrived right on time and five hours later, my house was wonderfully CLEAN! They worked hard and wasted no time -- bathrooms sanitized, floors mopped (with towels, not just swiffer) and thorough dusting and vacuuming. They even got the dust on my ceiling fan! As a note, they prefer to use their own vacuum machines -- one for rugs and a different one for uncarpeted areas. They clean window sills, doors, light switches, picture frames, and fireplaces. They actually mop 6 inches UNDER the borders of area rugs, and they vacuum under the cushions of sofas and chairs. When they are finished they put their towels in the wash and start it. I then dry them and throw them in a bag for the next cleaning. This housekeeping service is warm and personal, and there is no crew rotation -- just these four ladies, so no concern of not knowing who is coming into your house on a given day. That was important to me. I was definately comfortable enough to give the Lead Lady, Emilia, my house key so that I do not need to be at home. I absolutely recommend Good News Cleaning Service.

Emilia came out to do an estimate on house cleaning. She responded right away when I called her and found a time to visit my house that was convenient for me with my work schedule. She confirmed our appointment by text and even arrived early. She walked through the house with me and gave me an estimate for both a one-time deep cleaning to get the house into shape (I'm in grad school and work full time, and cleaning the house had become the last thing on my priority list, so this was a great start) and then an estimate for a weekly cleaning. She and her team did a fabulous job. They got things clean and sparkling that I thought, in our 60-year-old house, would never be truly clean. Each week she and her team come in while I'm at work and leave the house spotless. She is good with my two dogs and the first few weeks would send me a text to let me know they were warming up to her so I wouldn't worry. I am very happy with the work she does, and hiring her has made a huge improvement in my life.

They are outstanding and I got so much more than what I expected. They exceeded my expectations! The whole crew worked non stop and they didn't waste any time. They were very pleasant and respectful and they truly are professionals! There is not one thing that I could complain on. I will use them again in the future.

My husband, when he arrived home joked that he needed sunglasses when he entered the master bathroom - the gleam on the faucet and other fixtures was blinding. Bottom line, they do an excellent job.
