I emailed George through Home Advisor on a Sunday night. He was at my house by 2 pm the following day. He was very professional and pleasant, cleaned my chimney (which badly needed it), put to rest some fears about a loose brick on the back wall of my fireplace while still encouraging me to get the repairs done soon, and gave me the name of a mason I could call. He also answered my question about a new flue that would be easier to operate with a list of alternatives, and then at my request gave me his price on the best of those alternatives. He is very knowledgeable. I couldn't believe how fast he responded to my inquiry!

Hired this company to clean furnace and fireplace chimneys and upon inspection he noted that some repairs that would be necessary. George took pictures so we could see what he was talking about. He also removed a wood burning stove insert and hauled it away and installed a new damper. He did not charge for chimney cleaning when he could have. He is an honest person, does great work, and is a true professional who really cares that he does good work. Very courteous and polite. Explained everything to us and prices are more than fair. Would definitely use him again and highly recommend his company.

George came out to clean my chimney. When he saw it, he explained that my chimney was not up to code. I have a hearth stove and the pipe wasn't even up as high as the smoke shelf in the chimney. It needed to be replaced. And the cap and top of the chimney needed replaced and repaired. Another company I had used for 2 years had 'suggested' improvements but didn't tell me it wasn't up to code. George quoted me $750 less than the others has for the improvements. He got the parts and got the job done within a week. Amazing to me given the fact that the other company couldn't even clean my chimney for two more weeks after. George was very easy to work with, on time - very friendly. No gimmicks and no sales pitch - just straight facts. I highly recommend him for any job he would be willing and qualified to do.

I was very pleased with the work that was done for me , George was very courteous and considerate to me he gave me a break on the cost because I am a senior citizen, most repair people take advantage of you especially when you're in a bind and need to have some kind of household service done. George made himself available almost immediately, was prompt, explained his work as he went along, was respectful of my home and answered all of my questions thoughtfully and fully. He also had to deliver bad news regarding the condition of a brick chimney in a home our son just bought. He gave him an honest and up front assessment along with viable options. His primary concern was for our safety You can't get more for your money.
