They came in and diagnosed the issue and were able to fix it as well. Very happy with the service. Would hire again.

Old door was removed and new one installed. Everything was done fine except that they did not take the old door away or tell me I would be responsible for that and that it wasn’t included in the price. I would think that the price of a replacement door installation includes getting rid of the old door and not just leaving it in my yard. Or if it didn’t, I would have assumed they would tel you that up front. Price grade of C reflects that I have to get rid of the door myself or pay someone to do that. Had they taken the door I think price would be a B.

Didn't show up the for the first appointment and didn't call. I made an appointment for the next day and they were right on time. The garage door was noisy and had stopped working with the remote. They verbally described what needed to be done, did it and the garage door is working smoothly and functioning again.

The inspection was fine. They are currently performing the additional services to enhance the door’s performance and an issue with failing to sometimes open. I’ll report back. Additional services were about $200...

They performed the maintenance in a timely way and replaced the sensor. They also made recommendations concerning the springs. We ended up paying twice the Angie's List Special price because we had two garage doors to maintain. The sensor cost another $ 99.

It went well. One person came and replaced all the rollers and lubricated where necessary. It was a great deal and the work was good. Its been a while so I don't remember all the specifics.

Ok, except that I needed to make several garage door down movement adjustments several days after the tech left. $225 as per the Angie’s list special plus on the spot additional $150 for a total cost of $375.

One thing I didn't like was they tried to sell me a lot of extras.

Went well. Technician arrived, inspected the door, and said I did not need new rollers. So he applied oiled where necessary and said I could use the certificate that I purchased when the rollers needed to be replaced.

I thought everything went well but now the garage door is still not working correctly I will call them back

As expected. Showed up on time. Tech was polite and professional.

Easy to get appointment by phone (no response to email); technician showed up on time, listened carefully to my description of problem, and completed service as outlined. Problems fixed.

The technician, Sergey, was very pleasant. He immediately identified one source of the problem (a sensor was out). He replaced the rollers and lubricated the door so it is much quieter now. He also identified a larger problem (balance and spring)that we decided to defer for the time being.

Joseph assured me they could fix any garage door. As it turned out that wasn't the case. The young man sent was able to almost close the door and said he would return with Joseph but didn't. That was a Friday. I called on Saturday and the young man answered and said they would call Monday. No one called. I called Tuesday and Joseph apologized for wasting my time but he had never seen a door like ours. (It is very old and the manufacturer is no longer in business.) He referred me to All About Doors. And that is another story unanswered.

Services were performed satisfactory.
