Great Company. Awesome Work

First visit listened to what I wanted, had amazing selection to choose from, found what I was looking for. From start to finish less then 10 days, loved it!!!

Easy to work with

I put my down payment and signed my contract in mid June for an extension on an existing patio. The contract states " stamp and dye concrete as close to existing pad as possible" with a start date in approximately 3-8 weeks. After 8 weeks went by, I reached out to get update and was told it would start the following week. The job was completed quickly and the crew was professional. On the day of completion during the walk through the project manager stated it came out a little lighter than your other pad, however when wet this was not as noticeable and it was dusk so I didn't think anything of it. I paid my final payment the day of completion when the concrete was still wet. The next day I realized how light the new pad was. I reached out to the project manager and she said it needed a few days to reach full color. I waited several days, new pad still significantly lighter than the existing pad. I had to reach out several times to get a response and I was sent several concrete stains to look at and none of them were even close to matching existing pad which is a medium grey.. the samples sent were all browns, coppers, and blacks. I asked if they had other options and also brought up that I now noticed the new pad of concrete wasn't draining properly and puddles appeared after rain. The owner responded and stated he was looking into options and that he would be out to look at the job sometime that week. Two weeks go by and I had to follow up to ask what the status was. On 9/25/23 I received another email from the owner stating they issued a service order for my project and will be out in the next 2-3 weeks for the repairs; 2 weeks later, I sent a follow up email and asked that they please let me know so I can be there to approve repairs. It is now November 4, 2023 and I haven't heard anything. These are pictures of the difference and the puddling. Very disappointing that I've had to reach out so many times and I'm still waiting for a resolution. Please note I waited 2 months post project completion to post this review in hopes they would resolve the issues prior.

The wait was absolutely worth it!

I had obtained several estimates for the rebuilding of our brick side porch and steps. Mid Atlantic seemed to know more about what was causing our issues with the brick porch and how to fix it correctly. Their customer representative, Alex, was very professional and maintained contact with me during the entire process. He also helped to solve another issue we had with the porch. The top section of the porch was pulling away from the house due to the lower brick walls. His team of contractors were able to reattach it to the house while already on premise, saving me the time and effort to find another contractor to do the work. I felt their charge was appropriate for the size and scope of this project. I would use them again for any major concrete/brick/stone project.

They did not finish my job to make all made the necessary correction on what they did. You can never get in contact with them they do not call you back or text for several days and sometimes they do not respond back. I have to continually to call them until they call back, also what they do is work one day and then will come back in 4 days, I sign the contract June 9 and they did not start the work still Aug 11 and now it Oct and the job is still not completed. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU NOT TO USE Mid Atlantic Concrete and Improvement Specialists, LLC

I canâ t wait to work with Mid-Atlantic Concrete again! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. My husband and I bought a mid-century moder fixer upper home on my block that had outdated, washed out, and ugly vinyl cedar shake siding (see photo). The home interior is absolutely beautiful, but did not cohere with the exterior. We asked several exterior reno/siding companies over the last 3 years if they could replace the vinyl siding with brick. None of the companies (5) could figure it out. Smdh. I knew it could be done. But we did not give up and reached out to Angies List in June. Angies List recommended Mid Atlantic Concrete. Zachary showed up, understood, fully embraced, and made sure my vision was executed. The owner, Jack, was also hands on and made sure every brick was laid impeccably by his expert team which did a did a superior job to whomever the original birck mason were for the lower exterior of the house. Even better, this team had to match the stain of two different color and textured bricks. I didnâ t think it could be done, but yet again they did the impossible when other companies advised it could not be done. Not only did Mid-Atlantic provide superior service, but they did it in record time! Again, I canâ t say enough about this company. I look forward to working with them on future projects. Very happy with the work completed by Mid Atlantic Concrete and Improvement. They did a beautiful job on my walkway and porch. I will be using their services again in the future and will be referring them to all my friends and family. Thank you for your hard work!!

Very good company, our patio is awesome, we recommend Mid Atlantic. No problems at all. They removed the old patio also, and left our backyard nice and clean!

Zachary came out to give us a free estimate on a Saturday and a crew of 8 was out to our home 3 days later to start and complete the work needed in just one day. Repair work was done on the foundation and a patio was created to repair and improve a space that had experienced extensive water damage. We are so grateful for the quick and thorough attention that was given to this project and the care that was taken to explain the scope of work.
