Enter into a contract with them on May 26 2025. They were to start at 8am on May 31 Noone showed so I text them at 840 to see what was going on was told be there shortly. Someone finally arrived at almost 1pm. He had no idea what he was here to do. Also there was a language barrier he didn't understand me. He called someone else pit me on the phone with them to figure out what he had to do. He then ask if I had a drill because he has no tools. What company sends someone out without tools? He partially takes out screws on my steps. He also relives himself in my backyard. Again what kind of company is this. Next day they show up at 830 guy starts work. Then I realized he left went down to see work. Horrible just horrible. Only replaced 3 of 5 stringer boards. Wood holding the steps is not level. No trex tape put down. They were to replace broken railing they did not and on top of that they broke another piece. Then they left all the rotted wood nails screws etc all over my yard and bac

I called a few places because I needed my old deck and the patio leading up to it repaired. I hired East Coast Concrete.. they were professional and diligent and took the time to let me explain exactly what I wanted. They completed the job in a timely fashion and I thought the price was reasonable. I am happy with the job they did and would highly recommend them.

The work was done quickly and completed to my satisfaction. There was some confusion with the scheduling, but the work was completed sooner than originally scheduled.

The crew completed a concrete walkway for us. Luke gave us a very fair estimate, and scheduled the job the same week. The project was completed quickly and the team communicated well throughout the process. Would definitely use their company again.

A one day project (walkway) took 6 days to complete. Too many complaints to list. Not accredited with BBB. Lesson learned.

East coast concrete company is a great company. They are professional… They say what the mean & mean what they say. I am truly happy. They installed a patio for me I will return again for more work.

The guys did an amazing outstanding job with our brickwork. They relayed four steps for us on an existing stoop and did an outstanding job color matching all the way around great job can’t say enough great communication, outstanding products outstanding service.!

Service was great. They started the job earlier than expected, had plenty of workers on hand and finished quickly.

Do not use them trying to get them to finish the job its been 4 months, owner and management are very rude.

I can not say enough good things about East Coast Concrete!! From our initial meeting all the way through completion they have been responsive, diligent, and incredibly professional. Their crew and management make sure everything is done just right. After a significant leak that damaged much of the bathroom, we hoped to get it back at least somewhat close to the quality it was before. Instead, we ended up with a much better bathroom: just as nice looking but also much more waterproofed and easier to clean and maintain. All within the timeline that we required due to our work schedule. We will definitely use them for any future project that comes up, whether planned or unplanned!

Luke and his team did a fantastic job! They demoed old front and back sidewalks, front porch, steps, then poured everything new for these, plus a new 2-car driveway, and a back yard sitting area. They did all of this in just two and a half days!

Quick turnaround

Not even 5 minutes of submitting a request for an estimate Tiffany called me to set up an appointment for the same day! Jack came out gave an estimate, explained thoroughly what the process looks like, and recommended to have the other steps completed as well. He was very professional and made it easy to handle business. I signed a contract same day and they arrived the next day to start the job on Saturday!!😃 Today is Monday and the job is almost completed. Not to mention there was barely any loud noise as I expected and the workers were pleasant. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for home or business projects.

Beyond amazing, the best communication and pricing you could ask for especially from a contractor. Answered all texts, questions and calls immediately, plus the slightest changes I requested just by a few inches. They beat out all prices I was given and easy payment system. Job was done in just a few hours and the team was very nice and patient. The owner is so Greta and personable, personally came to the job site and texted/ called me with updates. My measurement was done the day after I requested a consult and my job was booked AND completed within the same week- actually 2 days later. Cant say enough about this company but if you aren’t booking with them, it’s your loss!
