Showed up on time and did a great job

Rethinking on the cost and knowing I was charged was too much will learn better to get other estimates I trust too fast but 7000 to install four doors is really pricey at anyone rates I am sure. Blaming myself for not checking around more. ( 1 entrance door very moderate price nothing fancy, two storm doors one with doggy door and one security door, also not best grade but moderate) I think lot of these places estimate just in case stuff and if the just in case is not needed you get no refunds is my guess. Not complaining about the workmanship but it was a costly venture for me, widows learn the hard way I guess when they have to make the repair and replace decisions lol.

Did a great job with the installation of our dryer. Dryer had to be taken from garage n installed in a very limited area in the family room.

They did a great job, removed the old mailbox and post and installed the new in less than an hour and hauled away the old one. Crew was friendly and efficient. I will use Dove Remodeling in the future!

Danny was excellent. Knew what he was doing and did it quickly and efficiently. He replaced the weather stripping around our front door and caulked.

I spoke with other companies all said they did not deal with aluminum siding, but dove sent someone right out and he fixed it

In the beginning of June, we met to get the work started, giving my credit card to pay for the down payment. I didn't receive any call or communication. I called back in the beginning of July, no return call. After several calls back, I finally got someone to schedule an appointment. I asked if my dogs need to be put away for the workers to start, she said the scheduled time is to look at the area for materials for that Monday, the 29th of July at 9am. On Monday, the 29th at 9am, no one showed. I called to see if someone will be here, that was when I was informed, they have a two hour window to show of schedule times. I left work to meet them at 9am and I can't just linger around for two hours for him to show, then look at the area. In Addition, I was informed that they would be doing work not estimating materials. I explain I have dogs to arrange and wasn't told this would be starting. She said, that isn't their problemI asked what is his estimated time, at this time it is 9:15, she said he should be there by 10. I can't stay, was told they just need to look at the area for materials. I talked with the contractor he said he should be there by 10am, he did not show until 11:30am. He was alone to build two gates and gutters, I still find that odd. He was at the house for two hours and 35 minutes, per my cameras. I didn't receive any communication from them until the end of August. I was on Vacation the mid of August or I would have contacted them. The called to schedule for the work to begin, Friday Sept 6th. I took off that day thinking work would be started, they showed at 10:45am. The three contractors looked at the area, stating they need to get an estimate for materials for the job. They won't be starting until Saturday or Monday. At this point I am not happy, still wondering why happened to the July 29th estimate of materials. I agreed, reluctantly. Saturday came and went with no call no show. Monday, they showed at the house at 10:45am to start work, at 4:45pm two contractors were still working on one gate, the other gate was not completed. The gutters were completed with signs of the mess all over the house. I get up at 3:45am every morning for work, it is Monday at 5:30pm and they are still working on the fence. I walk out to make sure they know they would need to finished tomorrow, I need to settle my dogs and go to bed. I noticed they are reusing my hardware for the fence gate. They agreed to clean up, but at 6:08pm I go outside and tell them again I need them to leave and come back, reluctantly the contractor stated ok, we are cleaning up. At 6:30pm they start to clean up and leave. I go outside to make sure the gates are closed, and notice they left all the wood for the other gate in the middle of the yard in front of the gate area. Moved all the wood off the grass, out of the way. I go to the gate they replaced, noticing the bottom is not straight, the bottom of the fence curves with the ground. The top is also uneven and does't close correctly, worst than the old fence closing. I take pictures and get the dogs settled. I walk outside to the back of the fence, nails are sticking out were my dogs jump up. I need to bend them or risk having a hurt animal. The contractors returned the next day to finish, I put a note on the gate asking them to fix the bottom and top and the uneven latch. They arrived that day at 9:40am and started unloading wood, they begin working on the other gate and finished by 12:45 pm. The other gate isn'tt as bad as the larger gate, still curved on the bottom & top edged and rough uneven. The two gates put on my fence are not professionally done. I expected someone to show up for the remaining money and a review of the work to my satisfaction. No one showed. Work was excellent. A little nervous about 1/3 $$ up front since it was a labor only job, but it worked out fine.

Project was done on time, and they did a great job.
