Installed a brand new deck on my existing footprint, great job done!

This is my first time using this company for anything. My project was small but I would consider using them again. I did refer them to my neighbor, he had the same problem I did.

Excellent Customer Service and that’s from the initial contact with Casey & Jerry, the 2 ladies in the office Suzanne & Kim, and the guys that completed my deck, The job didn’t get started as planned because a worker had an emergency, however they worked in the rain to clean my decks and the job was completed sooner then scheduled, and before my expectation. I did call the office because the workers missed painting some spots on on a few ends of the new wood, and the office told me they would get back to me to schedule a time to get back out to fix. The next morning I had a knock at my door from the workers telling me they had come out to check their work. They didn’t know I had called the office, and immediately took care of those spots. Great service Dove!

I would highly recommend Dove Remodeling for any work you need done around your house. Joe did an excellent job on replacing my basement stairs.

Mr. Jerry came out reviewed the situation with my husband, he was very upfront on the cost and request as we requested door installs as well as are behind the siding that water was getting in at to be looked at. He informed us weâ d get best price for door install through homedepot or Loweâ s compntractors , WHICH HE WAS CORRECT ON, and he had one of his guys come out with in a time frame that worked for us. The flashing was fixed in about 1 hr, this including the contractor running over to Home Depot for parts. He was very thorough as in showing myself everything throughout him fixing it. He also went above and sealed around my patio door as there were possibly 2 ways water was getting in. Happy to report no water issues since he completed the work.

A little confusion on the start date, but everything worked out fine.

They came out to visually inspect the issue and provided a detailed written estimate. They fully explained the cause of the problem and how they would go about fixing it and taking additional steps to reduce the chances of it happening again. Stellar customer service.

THEY WERE ON TIME AND DID A GOOD JOB OF CLEANING UP.
