Description of Work: Purchased and put up vinyl lattice. Two pieces in backyard. Removed old small metal shed. repositioned landscape ties. Checked gutters. Checked caulking and a small amount of caulking done Painted small section of porch overhang. fixed extended downspout (small piece needed)

Description of Work: Removal of outdoor antenna from the side of our house. He called next day with price and came on 2/25/06 to do the work. He was on time and did the job in 45 minutes . He was reasonably priced and had the tool to complete the work. He also caulked the holes from where the bolts were in the bricks and did a neat job. He removed the old antenna and took it with him. I would recomend him as a reponsible handyman. He also had a nice personality.

Description of Work: CARPET TORN AROUND DOORS, INSTALLED HARDWOOD ENTRANCES, STAINED FLOOR, AND INSTALLED THRESH-HOLD AROUND EACH SECTION.
