The crew did a standup job, and then the quote was very fair. The movers did a great job on pickup and delivery. No issues at all. 5 stars and no complaints. I am thrilled I have a mover now that can help me in the future.

Move in USA LLC was the worst experience we ever had. They originally estimated $900 for our job, and it cost over $3000. They were unprofessional throughout, specifically Greg M. who immediately turns into a shady ?car salesman type? following payment. The movers left in the middle of our job, breeching their contract. Greg originally said we couldn't prove this despite having 13+ witnesses and then backtracked and said he did know they left. The movers didnt come back until after 11pm and were at our house until 1am rushing us into sign papers as they knew we were exhausted. They dumped boxes marked fragile on top of each other and broke our television. When we called about the television they offered us $50 (a complete joke) for a tv worth $1000 and referenced the 60 cents per pound for which they were estimated. They also broke all our drinking cup glassware, including the irreplaceable champagne glasses from our wedding, which were thrown into our garage (in boxes marked fragile nonetheless) like garbage by the movers. As multiple recent reviews have stated the company doesn't offer insurance for items on property. When asked how we knew the TV wasn't damaged on the truck when it got stuck in our yard or during transit x 4, Greg Miller stated ?impossible? with no substantiation for this claim-most likely because Mr. Liram Cohen doesn?t want those cost of filing an insurance claim. Greg Miller also lied to us about the owner?s name when asked, using his nickname ?Lee? when the owner?s name is actually Liram Cohen. Greg?s response to his lie about the name was ?oh you didn?t say legal name?. See what we mean about shady? In conclusion, unless you want to deal with manipulative business practices, higher than estimated costs, a company with 6 recent BBB claims against them, movers who literally leave halfway through the job with your items on their truck, damaged property AND valuables in the thousands, and no customer service than avoid Move In USA LLC.

Terrible movers. Broke my items which they spent hours wrapping (and for which they bill time and supplies) They took apart my treadmill but never put it back together. They tracked grease from the floor of the truck onto my new carpet. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Other than this company I have never posted a negative review.

I just recieved my items in FL today. This company is phenomenal! I moved my 2 bedroom apartment from owings mills, MD to miami, FL and my move was amaing from A-Z. Rachel the sales manager was helpful, she is always available to answer questions and to follow up with any step during my move. The guys at the pickup and up on delivery were professionals, very careful and caring with my items. Rachel ask me to over estimate and guess what? I paid $200 LESS! Thank you so much for everything! I can't say enough how much i appreciate you anc your company. Highly recommend!

I talked to 6 or 7 different companies for my cross-country relocation, and chose Move in USA because they seemed different. But as soon as they had my deposit, they quickly became what I feared. The sales/account guy, Greg M., stopped following-up and was only concerned about the sale, not my move or situation. The movers tried to show up 1.5 hours early for the pick-up and were annoyed that I was not ready at 7:30 am on a Sunday. After it was picked-up I received no information on my shipment until I followed-up on it and found out that my stuff was still on the other side of the country 8 days after they picked up the stuff, and I was in my new state/home. I called dispatch myself as Greg became unresponsive and provided no insight to find out that it could have been shipped earlier on a different truck if Greg had done his job properly. After that call, I again received NO INFORMATION or follow-up even though I was promised an ETA and drivers information. I followed up several times with no answer. Finally, the driver called me the DAY he was in my city and expected me to just leave my new job and be available on his time. Never heard back from Greg or any account people. The movers who delivered my furniture only reassembled my bed (which they store/transported bent so its now a weird shape) and left the rest of the furniture disassembled for me to put together, even though that service is supposed to be included. I was also asked to send the driver money through Bank of America for another payment for some bogus charge on arrival. VERY DISAPPOINTING. If you do use them, avoid Greg M., he comes off great at first but will certainly let you down. I understand that you are just doing a job, but to people moving, this is their lives in boxes. Do better Greg.
