They had equipment issue on first scheduled day They did not call and only emailed after I reached out. I had prepared my lawn for service, but didn't have time after reschedule and they would have charged me $70 to cut my front grass, which takes me 20 minutes with a 21" mower? In short I believe they need to work **** ** costumer communication and satisfaction. Since deal was for an entire lawn I think $70 to cut front grass before they did work was ridiculous

Three workers showed up promptly at the agreed time and worked for four hours. The end result is a very clean and good looking backyard, with 25 paper bags filled with weeds and other unwanted plants. A very effective crew. After the agreed four hours was up, I was offered an extra half hour to finalize a stairway for a competitive price. I'm happy with the result.

I was able to see holes where lawn aeration had been done, but couldn't see evidence of any seeds that had been put down. I went over it myself and put down seed. To me it might have been half down, unless the seeds were so small I couldn't see them.

Great! Oscar was very responsive and helpful for a last-minute rush job; he walked through the yard with me and was flexible in presenting a variety of options based on my preferences and budget. The work was prompt, thorough, and beautiful, and we are very satisfied with the results!

I messaged this company in early March for spring landscaping. They did not come to do the work until the end of April. The job was decent looking after that, but incomplete and they asked if I wanted them to come back for more work. I said yes and they did not come back until June, and I had to pay more for them coming back. The work done in June was very incomplete and I had to hire another landscaper to clean up the mess. The price changed twice, and I did not appreciate being charged more because they kept underestimating the amount of work. The timeline was also ridiculous. The owner was very knowledgeable about plants, he just needs to hire some more people!

Excellent, professional landscapers did an outstanding job. All trimmings were removed and the yard never looked so nice.

From the minute I purchased the deal to the completion of work, things were organized and well done. First, I provided specific contact instructions which were immediately followed so an appointment could be set up quickly and easily. On the day of the appointment three men arrived, two workers and one in a supervisory role. They did arrive a little later than agreed but that worked out perfectly for me and they remained for a little longer than the purchased three hours. After discussing the work to be done with the person in the supervisory role, they got to work and worked continuously. Each step of the way they made sure they were doing what I wanted and needed to be done. They were very pleasant and hard working. Before leaving they cleaned all walk ways and left the property neat. I would recommend this company and these workers again. I even learned about some excellent Peruvian restaurants to try! The only negative, was that I was told by the company owner the Angie's list deal was meant for people in Montgomery County not Howard County. He gave me the choice of cancelling the deal or paying an additional $40 to compensate them for travelling to Howard County. I agreed to pay the additional $40. I suggested such a surcharge should be included in the deal description so the customer could see it ahead of time. He said Angie's list was supposed to only offer the deal to people in Montgomery County.

Went fine. Maybe didn't quite get everything I said, but worked hard and did a good job.

It took over two weeks to get the work completed pushing it past "prime seeding time" which was disappointing. The job they did was done well, as expected. I also asked the contractor to provide an estimate for spring clean up and mulching. He seemed receptive when we first corresponded. but I could never get a time to discuss the job or get an estimate. After another 10 days of emails requesting information without a reply I gave the job to another company. Too bad.

Did not use. No response for over a week after buying deal through Angie's List. This is the second time this has happened with two deals purchased through Angie's List. I suspect this is more of an Angie's List problem failing to notify rather than two separate companies failing to respond in a timely manner.

Rescheduled 3 times due to weather twice and 3rd he forgot

He took out the old plants and put thr new ones in my small garden. It took about almost two hours using three men. They look much better now. Thank you.

Team showed up and went right to walk. Entire yard was aerated and they scattered lots of seed. Hoping lawn is happy!

The crew was schedule to come on a Friday. They came at almost 7pm (we were the last house on their schedule) and got the job done quickly. We will see how the yard turns out in a few weeks, but they did exactly what I paid for. Communication with the owner was spotty before the crew came. Numerous emails and phone calls went unanswered as I was trying to coordinate with them. That said, in the end, the crew came on the scheduled day and did the job right. So I can't complain too much.
