Description of Work: Aerated lawn and gave seed for reseeding. I did the reseeding as there were too many leaves on the lawn and they did not have a leaf blower with them. He gave me very good specific instructions and the grass is doing very well.

Description of Work: We sent an email through their website and called to have some landscaping done. They never responded to the email. After my husband called and spoke to someone, we sent another email with the requested information and never heard from them again! Terrible customer service!

Description of Work: A gravel path with rail ties for edges was restored. Three azaleas were cut back which was needed to allow the men to work. It also made the whole job look nicer since the bushes had not been pruned in over 25 years. New pressure-treated wood was installed along the edges and 25 bags of new gravel was used to replace the old gravel. I think it took 18 man-hours. My backyard looks much better.

Description of Work: The contractor seemed very knowledgeable about plants and trees and advised against cutting some for fear of killing them this time of year. They did a good job weeding and trimming and removed some plants as well. I rated them a B instead of an A because there are areas where they missed the weeds and not everything was trimmed evenly.
