Despite my missing their initial call and voice-mail, they were prompt in responding to my follow-up inquiry. My visit was scheduled within three days from my call; better yet, they were extremely polite and professional when they arrived. They wore uniforms, and yet still introduced themselves and explained what they were there to do. They had the work done in less than 35 minutes, and were on their way almost as swiftly as they had arrived. Their service was thorough, and I'm looking forward to the long-term benefits for my lawn. I definitely plan on using Remy again, and highly recommend their work!

They originally scheduled one week prior, but they realized they had an other appt. There was some rain delay, but came as soon as the weather cleared up. They did the aeration on my front and back lawns. Recommended doing the over-seeding which I did not do at that time. Oscar advise that if I did over-seeding to do it within 2 weeks. Overall it was a good experience. I would use Remy Landscaping again.

Spoke with Oscar three times and sent email with details of work required. Oscar kept telling me he would call back; then he said email me, so I did and received no response; then I called again and he said he would respond in 15 minutes on Thursday April 11. Today is Saturday April 13, haven't received a telephone call or email from this company. Maybe this is a good sign that it was not going to work out. Stopped a landscaping truck today, gave them the info and they are here working.

It looks great and many neighbors have commented on the job. I am extremely happy with the work and will recommend Remy Landscaping without hesitation. From now on they will be my preferred provided for all my landscaping needs.

They were unresponsive. It took several days to get back to me via e-mail. They didn’t answer the phone. They did suggest a couple of appointments when they did respond, they were all for times that I could not be there.

Oscar and his team did a wonderful job of doing what we agreed on and even gave me some good advice on better lawn care.

I had no interaction with the people except the phone call to schedule the date. They came on the date scheuled and aerated the lawn.

They were a little difficult to get a appointment scheduled, but they have been friendly and very cooperative. They are decent gentleman and I would recommend them to anyone.

The company arrived on time and completed the aerating expeditiously and professionally.

Recent surgery prevented me from doing my usual spring garden cleanup and pruing so I hired Remy Landscaping. I admit that was skeptical about hiring any company as my garden is my pride and joy, and I have done the work solo for more than 40 years. Remy exceeded my expectations. I gave Oscar, the owner, a detailed list of what I wanted (and thought could be accomplished in the time period). The work included alot of very specific pruning of the crape myrtles and hydrangeas along with cutting dozens of liriope in the trees boxes and along the sides of the house. Oscar listened carefully to how I wanted the pruning done and it was executed perfectly. The remainder of the work involved leaf and debris cleanup from the winter and putting down mulch in the planting beds. The workmen were very efficient, precise, and accomplished everything to my standards in less time that I anticipated, which allowed them to do more clean up that I had thought possible. The debris was carefully bagged, put in the trailed, and hauled it off. Oscar and his men were a pleasure to work with. I doubt that I shall ever do the garden work by myself again.

I used Angie's List coupon for lawn core aeration. Oscar Remy and his team showed up on time, carried out the services quickly, pleasantly and professionally and,also provided useful hints for ongoing lawn care. I'm very satisfied, and would use their services again.

They contacted me right away to take a look at the garden, enthusiastically offered me tips and options, and told me they would schedule a time in about two weeks when the weather improved. Right on time, they notified me of an availability and performed the work according to my priorities and previous conversations. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

They were accommodating, and did a good job.

Given that successful Groupons can be both a blessing and a curse for business owners, I was favorably impressed in that the owner was responsive to my e-mails and returned phone calls in a day or two--far less time than I have otherwise experienced with lawn, yard or tree services. He came on the scheduled date and at the front end of the arrival time window that I was given. He was pleasant and courteous throughout and the job was done quickly and efficiently.

We set everything up through email and he was here on time. He was nice and professional. He checked the PH balance of my entire yard and advised me how to treat it. I like the way he was willing to work with me and how thorough he was.

Calling Remy Landscaping was a bad choice. We were very excited about having our lawn aerated as this is our first home and we are excited about making our yard beautiful. Thankfully we live in an area with many landscapers to choose from - I know that with the help of Angie's list we will find a great landscaper.
