First he requires a payment before he will even show up to look at your hot tub. Then, he came and basically gutted our hot tub with aftermarket parts. Functions of the hot tub that worked prior to his “repairs” no longer worked after. He originally said that he could fix most hot tubs within an hour that the original deposit would cover, and then he ultimately charged us $2,500. He left garbage out around the hot tub, in the grass and even in the hot tub shell. We had to have him return within two weeks because it still wasn’t working properly. Then, within two months, it completely shut down. We called him again, and he said he would need the debit again to even come out, despite the fact that we supposedly had a warranty on his aftermarket parts. We finally called a real professional at Great Escape. It took the repairmen two hours to undo everything he had done, and cost us an additional $2000. They said that had we called them to begin with, it would only have been a $400 job. They also said they often follow this guy around and fix his “repairs”. We are taking this guy to court to get our money back. DONT HIRE THIS MAN!!!
