Contact with the office has always been responsive and friendly. The technicians have always arrived on time for the appointment, and provided professional service. They have been very helpful - coming back regularly, for follow-ups, and keeping all solutions pet-friendly.

My wife and kids were home when the service technician came by. Because she was busy with the kids she didn't notice how thorough the exterior inspection was, however the technician focused his inspection on the attic. Upon inspecting the attic a mouse fell from the opening and they claimed to see snake skins up there and mouse droppings, contaminated, soiled and stained insulation. Their recommendation was to remove all the insulation, disinfect, use an enzyme and seal off the attic from neighbors (since a townhouse). They alluded to of all the terrible diseases, lice, fleas including entero virus among others and to protect our kids that these steps were needed. He mentioned he was surprised we were not all sick. oh yeah, the cost of this work with Angies List discount was approximately $4900 which was the low rate because fuel prices were down, so we had act quick before fuel prices which would the affect the price of transporting the new insulation. Finally, he mentioned that they had to leave because they had to go a previous customer's had decided not to do the full remediation a year ago, used another vendor and had called them back to do it right. A lot of pressure was being used to sign up for this work on the spot. Oh yeah, and when we mentioned we were contemplating selling our house they swore it wouldn't pass the home inspection and in order to pass we have to the $4900 worth of work. Upon hearing this story from my wife who was clearly freaked out by the findings, I hired another vendor I had used a couple years back to inspect our house. When this company went into the attic, they found some old bait that they had laid down when we had an issue before. Some traps had been eaten and some hadn't been in two years. If we had a current problem the other traps would have been eaten. Bottomline, I feel that Triangle Home Service, at minimum, exaggerates their findings and I'd be very cautious when considering the extent of your infestation. p.s. The second company recommend we do nothing. They found nothing to indicate we had an infestation problem.

Super professional, knowledgable, local pest control! The service has been stellar- i have been able to reach this company for any questions or issues immediately, prices are reasonable, and the service you get for the dollar is awesome (as compaired to terminix who I used for several years). Will recommend triangle to everyone I know!

It was excellent! They are friendly and responsive.

They contacted me right away within a day. After I got back with them with the date, they then let me know that the place I wanted the service was out of their area.

They were on time and provided great service. I don't remember his name, but he sprayed inside and outside and made sure to show me everywhere that could be potential problems and told me how to fix them. I will definitely be using them in the future.

have used provider previously for other pest control; on last visit technician spotted termite trails and brought it to our attention; termite treatment was done by a crew of two technicians who were very professional, effricient and courteous one of the technicians, Wakamba, was helpful beyond his duty and assisted in dealing with this task

It went fine. They have been here twice. The contract for one year was higher than I thought but I had never had pest control done before.

Excellent company to deal with. Came out and spayed for ants and other pests at newly built home. Construction still in progress in the neighborhood so Triangle said it was likely they would need to come out re-apply treatment. Went several weeks without seeing any insect activity around the house, but when the bugs came back, so did Triangle. Very prompt and easy to deal with. Considering the annual treatment plan which seemed reasonably priced.

Once he came down from looking in my attic he came down to tell me about the pest discoveries he made up there. He recommended "decontaminating" the attic which involved taking out all of the insulation and replacing it. The facts he was telling me had me very nervous to even be in the house with my two year old. I called a well known pest company to get a second opinion and they could not find any need for any pest control work to be done in our attic. He stated that there was possibly a problem with the previous owners but they had it fixed correctly and we have no current problem. I really liked the guy from Triangle that came out to the house. He was very nice, very responsive, and perfectly on time. But, we won't be using them for anything.

The service went well. I was trying to get rid of ants. They were able to get rid of the ants. One technician came out and completed the job in 15-20 minutes. The staff was good, professional and punctual. They did what they said they would and I would use them again. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

Really great pest company. I purchased the quarterly pest service and the same guy came out all four times. Very polite and professional. I even had a issue with wasps and they sent the same person out for an additional treatment free of charge. Would definitely recommend this service and company.

The service man came and did the Termitor termite treatment at my house. He said i didn't have to stay home, so I went to work. I checked the treated area after I came home. He did a good job.

He came on time. He was knowledgeable and gave me a few tips. As far as I can tell it was effective. It was reasonable deal. He was responsive and professional.

It was fine. They came very quickly. The technician was great.

It went great. The work was done over three days with JP and several other men performing the job. They were punctual every day, very polite and very hard-working. I could not imagine a better company to do this kind of work. Every day they put runners and covers on the rugs and furniture. And, every day before leaving, they vacuumed. I'm sure I can't imagine how difficult this job was, but I am so pleased with their work.

It went very well. Scheduling was good and everything was perfect. It reduced the bugs.

I called Triangle Home Services on Friday afternoon. Rich came out Saturday afternoon (ahead of our scheduled time) and exterminated a large bees nest.

First off if I could rate them higher than an A on responsiveness and professionalism,then they would get an A plus plus plus! Within one and a half hours after I called them, the yellow jacket nest was dying and would soon be dead. LaRonda, who took my initial call, was so nice, helpful and easy to talk to and incredibly prompt. Her alone made me comfortable in using Triangle Home Services for the first time. The tech who did the work was also incredibly prompt and just as nice and took care of the problem right away. The whole experience was informative and just so easy! What a great team you have! I will be using them again and I highly recommend them!!!! Thanks again!!

Copy and paste of my email communications with the owner. His reply had no apology, and did not address the emails I sent to him. I also forwarded to him another email I received from Angie's List alerting me to their $99 deal, which was ironic given they maintained they did not have a $99 deal on Angie's List. I requested to speak to the owner yesterday on the phone, and in my email below. He did not call me, and ignored that request in his email reply. Apparently, now that the company has achieved an A rating on Angie's List, the owner feels that he can rest on that rating, and treat customers in this way. My email: Travis, I'm not sure if you are the manager or not, but you are listed as the contact on the deal I just purchased. Attached is your $99 pest control service I purchased on Angie's List today. I spoke to Wendy on the phone about this. Here is a summary of the communications regarding this deal: Your tech came out yesterday and quoted $299 to remove our yellow jackets (very nice guy). I told him we'd do some comparing, and even look at your yearly plan. I was actually evaluating your yearly plan. After going back to Angie's List, we see your $99 deal for full exterior and interior treatment for pests. It clearly says on the deal, "This service is normally $305, saving Angie's List members 68%!" It also clearly says it includes wasps and bees. This morning, I called, and spoke to Wendy and asked about the $99 deal. She said she was aware of no $99 deals on Angie's List at all. I told her I was looking at it in front of me. Wendy also said that if you did have a $99 deal, it definitely wouldn't be for bees because of needing to put on the suit for them, etc. Yet, as you can clearly see on the attachment, it says wasps and bees. She said she'd ask the manager about it, and call me back. Wendy called back and told me there was no $99 deal on Angie's List anymore. She said there were no current and active offers for $99 on Angie's List. However, she had spoken to the manager, and the manager was going to knock $99 off the yellow jacket estimate, and take care of them for $200. She even said the one deal she did find, as she went to check into it, it no longer worked and was expired. Not wanting to argue with her last point since I was not certain she was correct that it would not work, I told her I would think about her offer and call back. I got off the phone, logged into Angie's List, put the $99 offer in my cart, and called her back. Even after explaining to Wendy that the offer was sitting in my cart on Angie's List, she still spoke to me in disbelief as if I was not telling her the truth. She continued to maintain the offer did not exist, and you had no current offer for $99. I told her, well, I would go ahead and purchase it to prove her wrong and that then your company would need to honor the agreement. Shockingly, Wendy then said to me that your company didn't have to honor any such agreements and could dispute them. That did it for me. That was the last straw in me being treated so poorly in the conversation. I clicked purchase to prove her wrong. Apparently, my purchase came through immediately, and she told me that indeed I had purchased a $99 deal, and it had just come through. She then tells me that she can't see the details of what the offer says but that it was only going to cover exterior and rodent sealing per the headline she was seeing. I said no, it is the whole house, interior and exterior, and rodent sealing, and it covers bees and wasps. Only then, did she finally say, that your company would offer the exact terms of the agreement which does not include our yellow jackets, because of needing to treat them on two levels. She said that the fine print says at the bottom that anymore than one level requires extra payment by the customer. Unbelievable. In summary, my truthfulness was disputed repeatedly as I was told there was no current and active $99 offer available. Several times, I asked to speak to the owner. My only response on that was once, where Wendy told me that he had 3 minutes before he had to walk out the door, and had no time to talk. Oddly though, during my entire phone conversation with Wendy, she kept conveying feedback from the owner as to what he was going to do about this. In other words, letting Wendy deal with me, instead of taking the call himself. Two more items that make no sense in addition to having my truthfulness questioned repeatedly. 1. The offer I purchased says that its value is $305, exceeding the original quote from the tech for $299. Yet, I'm told that you will only do exactly what the offer spells out,and not deal with yellow jackets. Once again, unbelievable. 2. Wendy said repeatedly that dealing with stinging bees or wasps required to don a suit, therefore that was the reason for the higher cost and why it could not be less than $200. Two sub points on that - A. I asked the tech that came here and gave an estimate, whether he'd be donning a suit since I had been stung 3 times. He jokingly said no, even though he's supposed to, and just lets himself get stung. Translation to me - the process doesn't take very long for him to dust, otherwise he would not just stand there and get stung for a long period of time. No one in their right mind would. This says to me that surely the time it takes to do the $99 deal for my entire interior and exterior is at a minimum the same period of time to dust for the yellow jackets in two small compact areas, or exceeds that amount of time. B. The attached $99 agreement clearly says "wasps and bees." So, let's just say they were only on one level, wouldn't that mean the suit would have to be donned, still? I am flabbergasted by the degree of denial of the $99 deal at first, and then further flabbergasted by your company thinking that saving yourself $100 is worth treating me so poorly as a customer. Here would have been another option in customer service, and the option still exists: To simply say, "Sir, we are sorry, we didn't realize that the $99 deal was still on Angie's List, and we're sorry for having doubted you that it was. We're sorry for the time you wasted on the phone trying to convince us that it existed, and for telling you that stinging insects requiring a suit couldn't possibly be in the deal for that cheap. To show that we are sorry, we are going to take care of the yellow jackets on another floor too, on top of honoring the $99 agreement terms. We are going to do that, instead of telling you that "fine print" (Wendy's words) were preventing us from treating those yellow jackets on more than one ground floor. We are very sorry sir, and would love to have your continued business." That would make sense. In saying goodbye to Wendy, I requested to speak to the owner when he could call me. I await his call. The customer review box is awaiting my comments. I would love to say how wonderful the owner remedied what I just wrote out, and how pleased I am with your service. The ball is in your court. They arrived as promised and brought an adequate crew. They prepped by putting down drop cloths and covering everything exposed with plastic. They were quick, efficient and professional. They carefully removed any of the old insulation and debris and discarded it properly. The man who sprayed walked me through all of the areas to make sure that he covered any potential problem spots. When they returned the following day to install the new insulation they once again prepped so that nothing would be stained or disturbed. They were very pleasant to deal with and took care of everything that I asked them to. I will have them back monthly until I am sure that the problem is sufficiently taken care of and at that point I will still have them return quarterly.
