Attempted to provide pest control services. However, what they are using isn't effective. Rather, they try and up sell you to more services. I will be contacting the company I used at my last house even though they charge more. The original sales person tried to sell me everything under the sun. This isn't the first time I have used/needed a pest control company, just in a new house in a different location. The rep who came to service the house was nice, but had some personal things going on so this was a bit unprofessional, made the experience unprofessional - plus unreliable. My last experience was the worst and why I cancelled my agreement with them. Ants were in my kitchen for the first time. I called to have my house serviced, plus it was the time for my regular service. The women who answered the phone when on to explain another personal reason why my rep couldn't make it so I asked for another rep to come with in the 24-48 hour expectation per the agreement. I was told that he had to be there and it would be five (5) days until he could. They gave me all types of excuses why someone else couldn't help me, but ultimately it's because they wanted the one guy to come service my house. However, as the client I wanted my issue addressed per the services I contracted. I tried supporting a local business, but that is the problem with going with a smaller company. They just don't have the staff to help outside their normal perameters.

I originally hired Triangle to inspect my house and find and eliminate a gnawing noise I've been hearing in my wall. First I want to preface this review with a few things that people must always keep in mind when you hire a company, there are always going to be people the company hires that may not be of the utmost honor, it's what the company does about it that really tells you if the company is worthy of your continued business and referral or not. Please read the full review if you plan to read at all.... To make a horrifically long story short. The employee they originally sent over elected to try and take advantage of me because I'm physically limited to what I can do at the moment due to an injury I incurred while deployed. He was working on commission and basically lied to me and the company he works for so he could fill his pockets. I figured out something wasn't right and when I initially brought it to the company's attention they were a bit skeptical that there was any wrong doing by their employee. They were always courteous to me but it was quite clear that after working with these guys for over a month they definitely have a family oriented company mantra. After they did their own internal investigation, not only did they contact me immediately and admitted fault, but I could tell they were absolutely heart broken that they themselves had been "had" by someone they clearly cared for and trusted. The fact they took the deception so hard showed me that they really care and take care of their employees. Since the discovery of the wrong doing, they have gone above and beyond the call of duty to compensate and make up for the issue, to include firing the guy. Other than the initial guy, every person that has been here to work on my house, to include the owner himself, have been an absolute CLASS ACT! I'm an architect can not only vouch for their exceptional craftsmenship but can also attest to their enduring need to make things right. They all have very friendly and courteous personalities and continually strive to ensure the best service possible. The phrase that resinates with me after hearing it from several of their employees is "We will make this right!" and that is exactly what they did! I served in the military for over 20 years and can assure you there is one thing I value above all and that is honor. Triangle, as a company, embodies it and I can assure you without a doubt after working with the owner directly on a number of occasions, it starts with him! The important thing to take away from this review is simply that every business will end up with a bad seed here or there it's what they do after the perp is caught that will emulate the core values the company possesses. As for me all they need to know is they have a client for life!

I am not convinced we needed the upstairs decontamination, but with a young child at home it seemed better to err on the side of caution. Ongoing service has been excellent. They come monthly, but when we were finding mice within days of traps being set, they came more often (we were doing a standard every 2 weeks for a while, no added costs). Technician was very helpful, responsible, and (huge plus) great with my daughter. She gets frighted of workmen in our house and she now knows the "mice man" is her buddy, which makes his visits much easier on me!

I really like this company because they seem honest and nice. It can be easy for a pest company to scare people into buying something that they do not need. Tony looked at an issue I found and could tell that there it was not active. He did not charge me a thing, but gave me a great quote on preventative treatment.

I was pleased with their service. They seemed very professional and were very flexible with scheduling. Overall, it was a positive experience. The price was average, but they resolved my issues.

I went ahead and made a yearly contract with them. I was a little disappointed in the deal. They come every month. The deal was for them to stop rodents and mice from getting into the house. He did a decent inspection the first time. He didn’t do anything to stop them from getting in. He couldn’t find anything that he needed to. But he did spray some treatment all around the house, inside and out. The number of mice is almost zero now. So it seems to be effective.

The first guy who came over the first time sounded like a salesperson. He came to evaluate and gave me a very pricey quote to eradicate the mice issue without doing any solid work as he claimed. After I called and asked them to complete the first of four services included in the package I purchased, they were very responsive and sent a technician on the same day. The technician did his job professionally without any delay. In general, I am happy with their service so far. Hope they keep their good job and I will definitely come to them if necessary.

Great communication with office. Outstanding representative (Denton) arrived on time. Inspected inside and outside of house. Filled possible mouse entrance locations with steel wool and foam. Took the time to explain what he was doing. Put a trap under the kitchen sink, which was where I saw the mouse escape from my cat. Sprayed outside of house for pests. 100% satisfied with entire interaction.

Service was not as how I expected. They came out to treat the house and their treatments never really worked. They said they would come out and do more, but they never did. They were thorough and he was nice and knows what he was doing and we also scheduled another appointment to spray around the house, but he never returned even though he was supposed to. I think all this happened because, when he was here, he went up to the attic and told us that he found a snake skin and mice holes. So he tried to sell us new insulation for the upstairs. We told him to go ahead and do the work, but we were not ready to pay the thousand's of dollars upfront. May be that caused them not to come back. That is what I am guessing.

They were excellent to work with. There were no problems.

I contacted this company because I had recently experienced a squirrel inside my house and did not want that to happen again. So when I saw the Big Deal, I purchased it. The guy who arrived (promptly) was very knowledgeable and experienced. He conducted a thorough inspection of my house including basement and attic, informing me that I had a mouse colony in my attic and producing a snakeskin as evidence of the wildlife in my house. I had seen another reviewer?s comment about a similar experience and claiming it was a scam - so I was very cautious. However I had, in fact, recently seen a mouse in my living room and had heard ?critter? noises in the attic ceiling (above my bed) at night. As part of the original Big Deal, Triangle put bait/traps around the outside of my house and recommended that I have my attic treated. Because of the focus on mice, I did not get an answer to my main question: how did a squirrel get into my house? I ultimately chose to have my attic treated, and now have Triangle as my pest/insect/rodent prevention service. Those things are reviewed separately.

They were easy to schedule with and showed up on time. I would use them again because I haven't had a problem with pests since I used them. I would recommend them to friends and family.

The inspection went well. Estimate to fix what was found (attic clean up, decontamination, and insulation) expensive. Would really need to get other estimates for that kind of work to say whether excessive or not. Estimate for pest control program sounded reasonable and I may enroll. Representative was very professional and courteous.

Timely, professional, thorough

The service turned out fine. They were fine. They tried to sell me a service plan that we weren't looking for at the time, but they didn't push us. We don't have a pest problem, we just wanted someone to come and have a look.

They did a good job and explained the chemical he was using and that it was safe.

After a few go around calls we agreed on a longer term program for next year. so we shall see. Office is very responsive. I look forward to the first application in the spring.

They came out twice to inspect to see if there were issues where mice could come in. The only issues found were where I knew wasps were living. The wasp intrusion requires a ladder to reach so it wasn't covered by the $99 special. Instead of doing useless things and keeping my money, they cheerfully refunded it to me. I *love* honest contractors and these guys count in that category!
