Description of Work: I no longer do business with this company for several reasons: |1)They have technicians that don't know what they are doing/service is poor. I continued to have problems with mice. |2)A tech named Mark that serviced my property was late for an appointment but lied that I was not present when they arrived on time. I had to reschedule that service. |3) I continued to have a mice problem. Several services did not take care of it. A more senior rep came and inspected. He found that Mark put a lot of traps without any bait (i.e. peanut butter) to attract the mice to the trap. |4)The senior rep told me that in order to eliminate mice I needed to have my attic cleaned and sanitized scaring me about rodent viruses. I was given a preliminary estimate with a lot of offers to sweeten this up-sell as it was a significant amount of money needed (several thousands). I had just had the attic re-insulated so was not too keen on having to remove all that new insulation. I received a second opinion and hired another company that effectively took care of the mice problem without having to over-haul my attic insulation.

Hello [member name removed], First of all let me start off my saying thank you for giving us the opportunity to serve you, I am however sorry though that you did not have a good experience with our company. With that being said I would like to address each complaint that you have written down here: 1.) Our technicians are well-trained individuals who are committed to providing quality service to our customers. So many people now a days want an instant fix but when you’re dealing with a really bad rodent infestation one has to keep in mind that it did not start over night and it will not clear up overnight! Dealing with rodents in your home is not only a job for an exterminator but also the homeowner. Mice love messy places, which make it easy for them to hide and nest. It is very important for the homeowner to clean up trash & clutter so that the technician is able to do a thorough job. Not only were you advised about that but you were also advised to go on a monthly service until your infestation was under control but you declined and insisted on having a quarterly service only! We informed you SEVERAL times that treating a rodent infestation as bad as yours would require more than just having us out to your home to treat once every 3 months! We do not lock our customers into any contracts and you can cancel at anytime but still you declined. 2.) When you called the office to file a complaint that your tech never showed up and you were there (yes our tech said that he was there and you were not) I immediately apologized to you and yes we did have to reschedule your appt. but because you were not only upset you were also inconvenienced I did not charge you for that service. (Truth be told our tech does not have a history of not showing up) but I value our customers and wanted to make sure you were happy so you did in fact get a free service. 3.) This is the first time I am even hearing of this so I went to your file to look for any paperwork relating to it and found nothing? 4.) Upon your initial home inspection and treatment our inspector was not only trying to determine just how bad your rodent infestation was but he also does a thorough inspection of your home top to bottom to try and find how they’re getting into your home. When he was up in your attic he not only noticed all of your insulation was completely contaminated with rodent feces & urine but also many, many visible rodent entry points. He not only encouraged you to come up and take a look for yourself but he also took pictures! The facts about Rodent infestation can be very scary! That doesn’t make them scare tactics just the truth. Mice are known to carry diseases, bacteria, viruses and parasites. Breathing in small particles from their droppings, urine, saliva or nesting materials can make you sick. The particles can get into the air when you sweep or vacuum. Mice can also contaminate surfaces in your home with their saliva or urine, which is almost impossible to detect. Next thing you know you could be drinking from a pop can that has mouse urine on the lid. WE are the licensed professionals and the public counts on us to educate them just like a Doctor would. If we did not tell our customers all the facts that we know and something happened that we could have prevented than we feel that it is our fault. If you went to the doctor for a minor problem and they found a bigger one you would want to know. It is always your choice to do the work, but as the Doctors in the Pest Control Industry it is never an option for us to NOT tell you the entire problem that we found wrong and what we can do to fix it. We’re an A RATED company with Angie’s List and a 5 STAR Rated Company. We could not achieve these things if we did not care about our customers and put them first. Hello [member name removed], First of all let me begin with thanking you for allowing us to service you. I'll admit that I was a little taken back with the F grade that you gave us in responsiveness. We pride ourselves in customer service for the customer is our lifeline! The special that you bought thru Angie's List for $69.00 (was guaranteed for up to 30 days) we scheduled this special to be done at your home on May 15th, When our tech turned in your completed svc. ticket I saw that he had noted that you had a bad ant infestation in the mulch around your home. I followed up with a phone call to you on May 29th to inquire how the treatment was going & to see if you were still seeing activity because we would gladly comeback out & retreat at no extra charge to you. I received your voicemail so I left all of this on your machine but to insure that you got my message I even emailed you. You did call me back & informed me that you were still seeing ant activity so we set up for another treatment at no extra charge. The appt. was set for June 3rd, however, you emailed us stating that you got called in for surgery (your line of work) & you were unable to have the treatment that day and would get in touch with us later to reschedule. You did not contact us again until almost the end of the month. Even though the 30 day guarantee had expired we still honored it and was out to your home on June 25th. You were also informed that if you wish to continue receiving pest control service we do offer very affordable monthly, bi monthly and quarterly services in which you can cancel at anytime because we do not tie any of our customers down to a contract, you declined. I am sorry that you're not satisfied with our customer service, I have personally spoke with you on the phone and I thought you were a really nice lady. I would love the opportunity to talk with you again and hopefully work out any misunderstandings. Description of Work: They treated my home for ants. Part of the sale was follow up spray, if I requested, within 14 days. I did request the follow up. They were very flexible with setting up initial appointment. However, for the second appointment, they gave me a time, and time of day, and said that was the only time they could come.

Description of Work: Sprayed our entire home for pest control. They also sprayed on our attic since we had a silverfish issue. Also used snake away around our house perimeter. These services were all performed at no extra cost. They were professional and prompt. They followed up the service both by phone and email. I would hire them again.
