Description of Work: Used company to clean up attic after discovering rodent infestation. Findings and work done to clean area was very poorly communicated. Insulation was replaced and then they were gone. Nothing said. Company unresponsive when I inquired about other project.

Description of Work: Checked exterior of home and put steel wool in possible infiltration points. Sprayed exterior with scent neutralizer. Checked interior including attic for possible nesting. While it was their opportunity for a sales pitch, I haven't seen nor heard any mice since.

Description of Work: Everything was great. Showed up on time, sprayed the house (took 15-20 minutes, tops), convinced me to buy the quarterly program (we have lots of bugs), and departed. Got a very nice follow-up e-mail too. And they made it quite clear they'd come back free of charge if we didn't see a dramatic improvement within a few days. There WAS a dramatic improvement, so we didn't need to call 'em back.

Description of Work: They are very professional and eager to comply with any problems. My technican is very personal and knowledgeable. They spray outside and inside every 3-4 months. Anytime I see insects, etc. they are more than happy to come out and spray again or check things out.

It was very informative and I would definitely use them again. The individual who came out was very nice, answered all my questions and was very professional. this was my first experience purchasing a coupon from AL and it was a success.

Description of Work: Little glitch with scheduling. Receptionist said they I would be first appt. in the morning at 8. Came at 9. Went around the house and treated outside, and placed some traps inside.

Description of Work: Sprayed around the interior of the house for roaches. Set out a rat trap near back door. Caulked some cable holes. Pointed out holes where rats could enter but did not seal them because they were near roof, not floor. Tried to sell a monthly maintenance package and other services. The "exterior" part of the "interior/exterior" promised service was slight. Friendly agent, provided helpful information but not what we were expecting. Not the "Complete Pest Control Treatment & Exterior Rodent Sealing" that was advertised.

Description of Work: No different from the partial extermination job previously done by JC Ehrlich. They seem to want to frighten customers into contracting with them rather than educating the customer and doing only work that is needed.
