Description of Work: They performed a termite/wood destroying insect exam for a Elkridge property that is going to settlement. Exam was very thorough and house was, fortunately, free of wood destroying insects and damage. I found the cost for the exam to be very high, but had a narrow window of opportunity and needed the exam performed.

Description of Work: They sprayed insecticide indoors and outdoors. I'm only half way through treatments, and the first one was right after it got really cold outside. I haven't seen many insects inside my house but the test will be the hornets outside when it warms up.

Description of Work: They tore out and replaced attic insulation because of mice infestation. They make routine calls here to check and replace anything used to prevent rodent and/or insect problems. The technician is always very courteous and thorough. We are very pleased with the entire staff and definitely would use them again.
