Description of Work: Completely gutted our bathroom down to the studs and changed the layout of bathroom.The workmanship was so bad we fired them but the person we hired to finish could not correct the problems caused by crooked walls installed by Triangle. We finally had to rehire Triangle to finish the job because no one else was willing to step into the mess. The owner is very nice but the job was terrible. We ended up paying two companies and we have a bathroom with many issues.

Description of Work: Treated for pests externally. Each quarter we are contacted and notified the date they will be treating the exterior of the house and ask if we need interior treatment also. They also check to see if any new problems have arisen. We feel this is an excellent company that more than delivers what is expected.

Description of Work: They inspected the outside of the house and found where the mice were getting into the house, and their inside hiding places. The tech came out within a few days to seal the holes & place traps. When I called back because I found more ares, the tech came back promptly. Appointments were set up around my schedule.

Description of Work: Bi-monthly service is $65/visit. They came out at no extra charge for an extra application when I notified them that we had spotted a mouse in our house. They put out poison mouse bait outside and put in mouse traps. No further sign of the mouse. Service is polite and professional.

Description of Work: Bill and his crew have done a few home improvement projects for us over the years. He is very honest and always completes the work as promised. I only gave him the one B because there was a small error on one project that I didn't catch until well after the job was done. I never told Bill about it because it wasn't a big deal.

Description of Work: Triangle came and cleared, sealed, and re-insulated our attic for pest control. The work was done well, however we had a discrepancy with the company regarding their scope. It took them a few weeks to come finish the job.

Description of Work: Confused why salesman did not know that Angie's list already received payment and wanted DESPERATELY to secure a monthly debit to our checking account for services not yet performed. Had to call office to correct this matter in which case THEY RESPONDED PROFESSIONALLY BY SENDING A TECHNICIAN to provide the initial service as provided.

Description of Work: I paid for three ground hog traps (~$450 up front which included several disposals-forgot how many). | |In the beginning they were good. They said they would come out once a week to bait all three traps, and for us to check them in morning and call them if we caught something. They would come to take them away for $75 per catch, except for the weekends. The first months things were going well but the the traps were not placed in the best place for best results, we ended moving them. Also, since ground hogs are not nocturnal, it would have been better if they advised us to close the trap at night. We caught Racoons that were more active at night and ultimately had to pay for them too. | |As time went on, the service quality decreased significantly. | |They did not always come when they said they would and a couple of weeks went by without new bait in the traps. The traps were old and damaged and did not always work (they were exchanged out from the newer traps), bait was eaten with the nothing trapped or the bait would rot without fresh bait being put in. | |All in all, they caught 8 ground hogs and 5 racoons over a 4-5 months, but I had many more ground hogs and did not want to keep on paying for the racoons. The person assigned did not come, and the traps were left broken and unattended in my yard. I called on several occasions, talked to office clerks as well as the owner, and they gave me some excuse that they had no one to come in my area. | |Another part of the agreement was that after the ground hogs were gone, they would cover the hole to make sure there was no more activity. That never happened. They had my credit card on file and were charging to it. Bad move on my part.

Description of Work: I had moles in my grass and asked them to take care of the problem. The technician arrived on time and went right to work putting bait in the tunnels. Since they came out last week we are still working to confirm the moles are gone. Very professional company. Would use them again.

Description of Work: Remove old insulation from attic. Cleaned area of rodent droppings. Removed and hauled away items that were stored in attic. Sprayed in new insulation. Replaced hatchway and ladder to attic. Put some flooring in attic. Ceiling in bathroom was damaged during removal of items from attic, and was repaired. Wooden landing and stairs at back of house were replaced. The only issue I had was that I stayed at home on a day they were supposed to have been working in the house, but instead they worked on the outside part of the project, so I then had to plan another day to stay at home.
