 + -1 moreIt went great.They were very responsive. Called me to setup a time, came out when they said they would and gave great advice. They explained things as they worked. I wish I called them sooner. The mice were gone almost overnight... no bugs, mice or insects. I will continue to use them and would recommend that others who have rodents or insects in the home contact them and at least try it once. You won't believe you've been living with this problem as long as you have.

 + -1 moreWe found a mouse in the garage that had gotten into our car and left droppings inside. They came promptly to perform what was billed as a winter rodent exclusion package. They inspected the house (garage, attic) thoroughly and found evidence of mouse activity in the attic over the garage. They then gave my wife alot of "scary scenarios" in terms of what diseases mice can bring and how serious this was and then proposed a $1500 job to remove and treat the attic over the garage. No evidence of rodent activity in the house mind you, just over the garage. We subsequently had another pest company come out who also saw the evidence of rodent activity in the garage attic but had a very different story and recommendations. Basically, they recommended to clean the garage to eliminate hiding places for the rodent. When I explained that the other company suggested the bigger project he was very surprised and said it was overkill and unnecessary. He said their company could do it if we really wanted it done, but that he did not feel it was needed (mind you, this second company came out for free, and never took any money from us or suggested any service).

 + -1 moreThe work went well. The technician laid floor covering, wore protective clothing, and put on booties on entering the work area and took them off on leaving. He removed all trash and left the work area clean. The area he disinfected looked and smelled clean when he left. My evaluation of "Professionalism" is not based on the work, but on Triangle's payment arrangements. I paid the requested 1/2 of the price in advance, by credit card. However, Triangle insisted that they receive final payment before they would even begin the work. When I objected, saying that I would be glad to meet them at the door with my check, but that I would not complete payment before the work was done, I thought they had accepted that. I found later that they had simply charged my credit card account--without my permission or notifying me. (This was possible, of course, only because they already had the card number from my down payment.)
Description of Work: Triangle was asked to clean up and disinfect an area in an inside wall where a mouse had made a den. The technician enlarged the opening in the wall (previously made to determine the problem), removed soiled insulation and other signs of the mouse, and disinfected the area,

I was a bit slow about it but they had no problem with it and we got it straightened out. The chemicals they used were environmentally friendly.

 + -1 moreThey came out twice, actually. I have carpenter bees that are drilling holes in my house. They came out and did their work, but the bees were back a week and a half later. When I talked to the foreman, he said that they shouldn't have plugged the holes. They were going to send them back to spray again, which they did. It's kind of an unresolved issue because they keep coming back every year. They did the best they could. They were very cooperative. They showed up early to get the work done. They came back and redid the work at no charge. Compared to competitors, they were totally fair on their pricing. It wasn't their fault that the bees came back.

They were great. They are done now with their visits unless we call them for ongoing problems. They did everything we asked. I thought their price was a little expensive but I also think that buying new tires for my car is also expensive. I don't have something compared to and somebody else may come out and be even more expensive. They did a good job. They came right out and they were here when they said all the time.

 + -1 moreBoth Ron and Chris were extremely professional and highly competent. THSI provided a written estimate and itemized invoice. They did excellent work and cleaned up after themselves each day while they were working on the project. It was comfortable having them work in the house while we were home. They were quiet, neat, respectful. The tile and new shower look beautiful! We had water leakage due to a manufacturer defect that was discovered a couple of months after installation. I called Ron and he was there that night and had Chris there the next morning to work on it. They went to great lengths to make it right and take care of the solution and damage repair. We really appreciated their responsiveness, clear communication, and excellent work ethic. I am impressed with the comtetency, workmanship, and integrity of the people and the company and would definitely hire them again for future home improvement projects.
Description of Work: Chris, with THSI, removed shower tiles and tiles around a jetted tub, installing new tile (including backboarding and relocation of access panel for tub to less prominent spot.) He also installed a new shower pan, faucet, shower head, and shower door/unit.
