The technician was professional and did an excellent job.

Richard showed up on time, discussed what he would do, explained the product then provided agreed service.

He was courteous, professional and did the job we paid for. However a $6000+ estimate is something we never saw coming. It included: removing the R40 blown in attic insulation (that we only had put in 3 years ago,) and spraying a pheromone inhibitor to keep them away (he said they leave this chemical behind in their urine, feeces when nesting in the insulation,) and plugging any inroads to the attic then blowing in insulation at a lesser depth than we have. I was surprised it was so much, but I get the why if it is a thorough job. The coupon was a fair price for a job done well.

All in all it went very well. One of the traps caught a mouse the first day after the traps were set, but none of the other traps had mice or rats in them. He look carefully for droppings and found none.

I would not recommend this company because they also do home improvements and I think they wanted to get other work from us by doing the pest inspection.

The inspection went very well and resulted in follow-on work being performed. The technician was on time and very professional and courtesy - paid attention to what my issues were and what I hoped to accomplish. The only company that actually proposed a course of action to try and eliminate the rodent problem and not just control it with traps and bait.

Triangle Home Services came and treated our house for subterranean termites which were found on a home termite inspection prior to our closing date. They beat out every other company I had called with their estimate (more than half less than most of the other companies) and were able to work with our busy schedule to schedule a treatment time/date on a Saturday. They also completed our termite treatment forms for closing and were extremely professional in every way. We have already recommended Triangle Home Services to family members and friends in the area.

They explained very clearly what had to be done to get the mice out and set up a monthly plan to follow through. They were very explicit about what they would do, were patient in answering questions and when they came to replace the insulation in our attic (which had been a nesting site for the mice), the workmen were friendly, courteous, clean, cautious and professional. We have been very happy so far.

They came back as scheduled, they are very reliable. They were trying to sell extra services which we chose not to do. We contacted Angie's List about this and they offered the compliant resolution process. We mentioned this to the provider and they disregarded the extra services and charges immediately. They were very prompt and we had a fine experience with them. We will use them again in the future.

Very nice man. He came in introduced himself and told us a little history of the company as well as other tasks they could perform. Once he had completed his inspection, he was able to tells us where the mice were coming in from the outside. He also sealed that point of access. He explained how the mice were living in our walls. They would come into a home, move to the attic, then the basement and final start to infiltrate our main level. We have lived here since 1996 and had no issues with mice on the main level although we had some suspicions this past summer regarding mice in the basement but none regarding the rest of our home until this past January. He told us what he was going to do for now and pointed out other options. Explained possible future treatments and one overall treatment that would "clean" the house of the current rodents and prevent future infestations. He spent almost an hour and a half with us. He provided estimates for each choice. We will be calling on them for future treatments. We were very impressed.

The process went great. Everyone I worked with on this project were very friendly and happy to explain the entire process.

They called almost immediately after I purchased the deal to set up an appointment and came within a couple of days. The person was careful and thorough and left me sticky sheets to deal with different kinds of critters and even set-up a mouse and a rat trap outside in places where I have seen them in the spring in the past near the house. They said if you see anything in the next month they guarantee their work but to wait a couple of weeks because the stuff they sprayed works for a while. I did see something a few weeks later, although it was after a warm day so it might have just been hiding really well and they came back 2 days after I called them with almost no question. This time they used something a little stronger just in case! They did everything I expected and more and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I could not offord the service they offered. I do not say I do not need it... Just too expansive.

Came to the house and went straight to the attic. Creeped my daughter-in-law out. When he came down from the attic he basically said she should not be breathing in the house as it was contaminated. Quoted the fix at over $3,100.00 I really felt this promotion was just a "come on" for a scare tactic to get us to spend a lot more money with their company.

My initial appointment was scheduled for 11/17/12 and the technician came at the scheduled time. He immediately pointed out where the mice were most likely entering from underneath the front porch and placed a station there. I found Rich to be very knowledgeable about rodents and was very professional. Rich came into my home, walked around placing glue boards where I had seen droppings and then left. I expected more was going to be done as far as treatment but just dismissed it at the time. After thinking it over I decided to call the office. I spoke with Laronda who was awesome. She listened to my concerns, explained all that was included in the pre-winter rodent exclusion package and immediately scheduled a revisit at no charge. She assured me that satisfaction was their number one priority and she wanted me to be completely satisfied. Rich came on time with the same professionalism as before. He apologized and went right to work on servicing my home. He treated the full perimeter outside my home. Rich walked from room to room inspecting and treating where needed. Rich made sure that my expectations were met before he left and I can certainly say that it was. He performed a very thorough job. I will continue to use the services of this company and highly recommend to other consumers.

They also did an excellent job last year (kitchen renovation, floors, electircal, etc.) to renovate the inside of the home. So I called them this fall when I was ready to complete the outside of the house.

Everything was great. They kept me informed during the entire project, were very accomodating, and did an excellent job. The owner was readily available and very personable.

Everything was great. Triangle was incredibly compassionate in its treatment of the animals, and it got rid of the ants and stink bugs quickly.

They placed some glue traps in the attic and a trap box outside, and they inspected for entrances but found none. That was about it. They tried to upsell us on a $7000.00 service and used scare tactics which we didn't appreciate. Ultimately, we will not use them again.

We had been hearing mice for a while and when I received an Angie's list deal for this company, I decided to take advantage. The estimator told us our attic was full of mice and they could spread disease in addition to the damage from chewing. He explained everything they would do and assured us that the crew was wonderful. We didn't get other estimates, so I don't know how their price compared to others, but it seemed reasonable to us. The men were very neat and polite, even climbing in and out of the bedroom window (where the attic access is) instead of tracking through the house. They covered everything in that bedroom with plastic and put tarps on the floor in the hallway where they walked. They pulled a wire loose from our internet connection the first day, and it was fixed soon after I mentioned it. They had a misadventure when a heavy trash bag came through the ceiling, but the crew chief carefully repaired it so it is almost invisible. He even did his best to add a texture that would blend with what was already there. He checked on some outlets that had not been working and we were concerned about chewed wiring. Happily, he found that the outlets were working again for some reason. I asked to have the heat ducts checked while they had all the insulation out, and he showed me a picture of a repair they made. He also showed me a picture of the completed job. When they were finished, they left everything so clean that it didn't look like they had been here.
