The price was fine, but I just wanted them to do what the actual thing said. He didn't go anywhere and didn't do anything other than walk around. I placed the kit myself, so that was what my disappointment was about it. The gentleman was very nice and seemed kind of knowledgeable, but at the end of the day I didn't get what I thought I was going to get. He offered whatever service they had, but I wasn't willing to do it because I already have the same kind of service with my current pest control person. .

The appointment was made within days, the person arrived on time. He was very professional and sensitive to my concerns about chemicals in the home. He told me all about what he planned to use, so I can look up ahead of time. He treated outside as I requested, explained how it works and gave names of the chemicals to use in future. He chose one of the safest compound for the ant control. I am very happy with the service.

It was just an interesting experience. They gave me an opportunity to sign for other contracts that they could possibly do, but they did not give anything or charge anything beyond the $89. I absolutely would not recommend them because the gentleman who had come out basically was very sexually forward, and 2:13-2:14. The company in general seemed just fine. I do not know if it was this individual or if he was a definite sign of the company or not. He did do a lot of things. He did catch a couple of mice while we were gone. They were quick to respond. He was right on-time.

We were having a big problem with sugar ants. He was very honest about it and said that usually one treatment will sometimes reduce it by quite a bit. He said it would take about 15 days for it to go away. It looks like the problem has completely disappeared. He has recommended that he would need to come out again. We feel that we will take him up on this offer. He did not over promise and did a good job in managing our expectations. It turned out better than we expected and the sugar ants are almost fully gone. We will have him out about every 60 days.

Triangle Home Services Inc. are a good company. They came out and did what I needed them to do. They were reasonably priced. I'm happy with it.

Richard explained thoroughly as to what he found, treated it and I bought the bi-monthly plan to keep control of the pesky pests.

They contacted me within days of my purchase of the Big Deal. We scheduled the service within the following week. The technician came on time and was very thorough. He sprayed all the entry points to include window sills. There was no smell and no mess. He also spoke to me about service plans the company offers. Overall, a great experience.

we haven't seen any mice since, but we had to call triangle back as we had ants a few days later in our kitchen. We are starting to see ants again.

Provider explained the treatment process and answered all my questions regarding the type of chemical used and its effective life (termidor 10 year). Provider dug a trench around the house perimeter and injected over 250 gallons of termidor (mixed with water) solution into the trench. He filled the loose dirt back in the trench before declaring the job complete. The whole process took around two and a half hours

They did great work. They arrived on time. Covered everything, moved furniture and other stuff, They also cleaned up very well.

My husband worked with this company. They came and were very thorough with inspection. He did find that at some point there were mice within the attic and attempted to sell full replacement of attic insulation. We were not interested in replacing the insulation. He did place a trap outside which hasn’t caught anything.

They contacted me to set up appointment after I purchased the big deal. They were very accommodating with dates/times. The day we had scheduled had pouring down rain, so we rescheduled. He was right on time, maybe a little early. Called ahead of time to keep me updated on his arrival time. The tech was friendly, very thorough and, I'm hoping, effective. It's only been a couple of days, so I'm not sure yet, but I'm pretty confident I won't be seeing bugs.

At both meetings they came out on time and performed the services in the time frame they estimated. The work was done quickly and efficiently and I have already seen results.

We purchased an Angie's List pest control deal because we have had an issue with mice. Richard responded quickly by phone and arrived on time for our appointment. After he inspected the house, he suggested that mice had entered thru the attic and recommended the insulation and pest control treatment. We requested the pest control contract because we have had occasional problems with ants and we wanted to stay on track with the mice problem. We are content with the contract cost and like the idea that we can eventually pay only for the occasional pest control inspection and treatment once we feel certain that the current problem has been eliminated. We have had a pest control contract with a different company for many years, and we feel that Triangle is being more thorough and efficient.

Professional and effective.

In my experience this company is not really a pest control company. They are more interested in selling thousands of dollars of insulation services and not pest control. I had recently had a mouse in my basement. Due to the change in temperatures. However, I wanted to call someone to try to investigate where it came in and put down some traps. Basically the technician spent 5 minutes looking in the basement (where the mouse was found) before he wanted to go 3 stories up to the attic. I have never heard or had evidence of mice any place other than the basement. He spent 15 minutes in the attic and stated that I had mice "bore holes" in my insulation. Since I had just purchased the house and had a thorough inspection, I knew that this was not true. However, tried to sell me on having them come out and replace all the insulation in my attic for $4000. When I said no to that he then offered to "condition" my insulation for $600. The only "pest control" he did was set some traps they probably got from the dollar store with peanut butter on them. There were some other traps still down from the previous owners that were laid by a legitimate pest control company and he didn't even know what they were. After I told my boyfriend about what happened he said that this was probably a scam. My boyfriend and I later went into the basement and found where the mouse actually did come in from (the ground level attached garage). Not only did they try to upsell me on useless service, but what they did do in no way justified even the 100 for the big deal. The "technicians" tools of the trade where some dollar store traps, a jar of peanut butter, and a $5 can of Great Stuff.

The guy that came out was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable and was incredibly honest with me about everything. He also gave me extra traps to set up in case I needed more in the future. Excellent service - I would absolutely recommend using them!!

Technician was on-time and very knowledgeable about pest control. He checked my home inside and outside and gave me great news that he saw NO case for rodent seal-up. He then explained the process of what he would be doing and tips on how I could make sure to get the best benefit for my money. Overall I was very pleased with his service.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I was very satisfied. They were very responsible and very professional.
