The service was okay. The company requested that I do a follow up Bi-Monthly. I tried them because they were offering a special. I didn't like the idea the tech stated that in order for me to see real results I needed to continue service. He also said I would see more bugs. That's not what I wanted.

The guy who came out said he was the brother of the owner. He attempted to intimidate me into immediately contracting for a complete removal and replacement of all of our attic insulation. First he went into the attic to inspect. He came down with some photos on his phone and said to me "its bad up there". He showed me pics of a dead bird and some droppings, but told me emphatically that droppings covered the attic, and that there were multiple "half eaten" birds. He said we had rats, I think to evoke an emotional response from me. In front of my 4yo, he went on to say that we were all in danger of contracting histoplasmosis, and that if we got this in our eyes, we would go blind. (Yet he had no issues tracking the supposedly disease-carrying insulation all over my house on his shoes while he talked). He then said all of insulation had to be replaced for $7k. When I said I needed to talk to my husband, he abruptly left. I got two more quotes after that, and ended up resolving my issues for only $250 with another company (thus saving over $6,000). The other contractors told me flat out that Triangle tried to scare me into an expensive, unnecessary job. Those "rats" were one squirrel that had long since moved on. Those droppings - Not covering the attic, but just in one small area. Those "half eaten dead birds" turned out to be one sparrow that got trapped and died. I was blown away by this company's dishonesty. I also really feel this guy tried to scare me because I was a woman home with my kids without my husband there. Would never recommend this company.

We purchased a big deal for the service, and it turned out fine. Unfortunately I didn't get back to them for another treatment, but it is still good. They were fine, I didn't have anything to dislike, he was concerned about the 2 ponds that we have the fish that we have, but nothing floated on top. He was very careful with where he went and where he sprayed. The spray was effective, I am not getting bitten anymore. The value was excellent as they sprayed half an acre of our back yard.

It went fine and he did a good job. He came out and was really nice to us. He was polite, on time and called us ahead. I would use him again.

Joseph was surprised when he arrived to find that my property needed a flea treatment, but he went back to his vehicle and got the serious flea killer. He then carefully and thoroughly sprayed the areas where my dogs spend most of their time, including their bedding. Then he did an overall treatment of the house and yard for all pests.

Mark, the tech was great! He explained what he was doing and why the ants were a problem. From Their office staff is very nice.

We have had a service in prior years that went very well. We saw absolutely NO reduction in mosquitos. The downside was that several plants took quite a hit. The foliage on the lilies turned brown and dried up--before they bloomed; about 6 annuals completely shriveled up, and died, and when I called about the problem, I was impressed with the courtesy and willingness to get to the bottom of the problem but the owner never did call me back. I also had to wait for 12+ minutes on hold to talk to the service. I feel like I wasted my money entirely.

We were very happy with them. We will most definitely use them again in the future. We are thinking of actually setting up kind of a monthly thing with them. They were highly rated on Angie’s List and everything was great. They were good, just like the plumbing company that we had used.

We are happy to have discovered Triangle Home Services through the Big Deal Rodent Exclusion Package. All of the entry points were sealed, the perimeter of the house treated and traps set. I did sign up for monthly treatments just to be sure. During the initial inspection it was discovered that there was evidence of nesting in the insulation in the storage area and the attic which required a much more complicated and expensive project for Triangle. All of the insulation in the attic and the storage area needed to removed, additional entry points sealed and an enzyme treatment sprayed before the new insulation could be installed. The cost of this project was over $12,000. The employees of Triangle took great care to keep our home clean while removing and installing the insulation. They worked quickly and efficiently. We are pleased with the work performed by Triangle Home Services. The house is now much more energy efficient and the mice problem has been solved.

I purchased the big deal coupon for this service. Their service was okay. They did not charge me when they came out again after 31 days, even though it was beyond the 30 day warranty. So that went well. They came within a week after I bought the big deal and then again 31 days later. The price could have been less expensive for what they did, but they do have to make a profit and I understand that.

The did the inspection and identify the damages in the house. They did the treatment and we will keep their annual service for prevention of reocurrance.

Service was excellent they were very knowledgeable.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. They came out the first time and we still had problems with mosquitos. They came out again Monday so we still are up-in-the-air about that. Their service and demeanor with me was great.

The initial treatment went very well. I had to reschedule a follow-up twice because the technician was running more than an hour behind the first time, and failed to show up the second time.

Overall it went well. The person performing the treatment forgot to put the mouse traps and he told me he would come back to place them. Apparently the technician was more interested in selling the termidor treatment than anything else. When I changed my mind on performing the Termidor treatment they never came back. Probably is also my fault as I didn't call them to remind them.

the provider just spray all windows in 15mins. won't spend almost $100 for this type of service again.

They showed up right on time, and were very professional and courteous. Treated the yard and explained what they had done very well. Offered some recommendations, but did not try to aggressively "up-sell" anything, which was very nice. They also left us some insect traps to use indoors, which was also very nice. Overall, we were extremely satisfied, and will definitely keep their card for future services.

This was an ordinary pest control visit. There was nothing done to prevent mice.

They were wonderful. They went beyond my expectations. They are an exterminator place and I did not expect anywhere near what I got. They were here three times spraying for bugs. They did not charge me extra. Three different guys came out and they were all friendly. I felt very confident having them in my house. I am a stay at home mom, with 2 kids and I did not feel uncomfortable at all letting them into my house. I have already recommended them to two people. I will use them again.

They did a good job. I do still have 4 more treatments they are going to perform.

Service was friendly and professional. He took his time and seemed to do a very thorough job.

We had noticed some of the wood had been deteriorated in our patio and some of our neighbors mentioned that they had termites in their location that's why we need to have it done. Triangle Home Services was great. There were some things that actually needed to be corrected so they came back free of charge and we were really happy. We enjoyed working with them. They're really nice, courteous guys and they did a very good job.
