The service was terrible. I purchased a big deal in August, so that I could have the yard sprayed in time for Labor Day. I did not hear from the provider, ever! After several emails to Angie's List, the provider finally came out n mid-September to perform the service. I will never use them again.

I'm completely happy with this company. They are flexible and will work around your schedule. They will also come back with days if the pests are not taken care of.

The man came within the two-hour window I was given. He was very responsive to my questions and informed me that the active ingredient in the product he used is the same as the active ingredient in Front Line, so it would not be harmful to my dogs. Fortunately, it did not have any smell, as I am sensitive to odors.

Although we hadn't seen any pest at our home, we purchased this deal because a neighbor commented on field mice entering her home at this time of year. The provider contacted me promptly after purchase to schedule the service. They had lots of availability and even offered to come out the next day. The service provider arrived at the scheduled time, got to work immediately, and even agreed to treat the shed at no additional cost. After completing the work, the service provider offered us a periodic maintenance package. The price seemed to be comparable to what my neighbors are paying, but the frequency is greater. We still haven't seen any pest and are optimistic that it will remain that way.

overall, i was a little disappointed with triangle services given the great reviews. i was told to expect a call prior to him showing up but there was not, (since i would have to leave work) but thankfully i was home at the point when he arrived at the house . he did inspect and interior and exterior of the house. however, i pointed out certain areas where we had seen evidence of mice, particularly under the kitchen sink where we caught a mouse in a trap earlier that day, and he did nothing around that area except for put a bait box. he did not remove the dead mouse which was trapped, which i kind of expected since he was there for pest treatment. he did spray around the outside and inside of the house which was good. another area which was of note was our attic. we had seen evidence of rodents in the home inspection when we bought the house and knew treatment was needed. he did write out a very detailed list of what needed to be done prior to new insulation/roof being done on our house which was helpful. however his price quote was outrageous. i found it amazing that the pest treatment of the attic could be more expensive (almost double) that putting new insulation in the attic itself. we will need pest control treatment in the future for the attic and crawl space area, however i will not be using their services. although i guess he did the job expected, he only seemed to do the bare minimum required which just really did not impress me at all.

This was an Angie's List Big Deal. The first appointment was scheduled for a day that we weren't home but as it was an exterior treatment that didn't matter. We didn't notice any decrease in the mosquitoes so I called back for a follow up treatment, which they did with no question. The 2nd one may have done the trick. There definitely were fewer mosquitoes. I was home for the 2nd treatment and asked the technician to treat a large patch of ivy and he did. I'm not sure if they did that the first time. I would recommend being home to make sure they treat problem areas. Overall a good experience.

He came out for the initial visit. He seemed like a nice guy. He took one look at the roof and said it was to slick to work and said he would come back. He has never come back to do the job.

Initial visit went fine. A few days after the visit I was still seeing signs of ants, which was my biggest problem. I called and they came back and re-treated the inside at no charge. I signed up for a bi-monthly service to have exterior treated for pest control, however, I recently canceled the service just due to budget restraints.

Came back twice to take care of everything.

Purchased an Angie's list deal for quarterly service for my new house. Discovered after purchase that my insect problems were more complex than originally thought. Morgan at Triangle spent at least an hour helping me sort through the problem and my options including recommendations for how to get my inspection company- another pest control co- to provide treatment services. They ended up providing me with a complimentary termite inspection including photos that I then was able to leverage against the original inspecting company to obtain treatment at no additional cost. Triangle was flexible on scheduling and very helpful. I received an incorrect bill from them for charges I did not owe and I emailed about it on a Sunday and received an apologetic email from the owner of the company that same day fixing the problem. Would absolutely use them again!

Played phone tag for a couple of weeks. First attempt for company to come spray it rained so the job was cancelled. They were able to come a second time during work hours.

They did a good job and I would recommend them.

I was very very pleased with the service and the professionalism of the gentleman that came out. He was knowledgeable, patient with my questions and very accommodating. Although the spraying done around the inside and outside of the house seemed like something anyone could have done with spray purchased at the local hardware store, his insight into what to look for, what he was seeing and what I could/should do going forward based on the concerns we discussed made the price worth it. I asked him about an area not covered by the service ordered and he assessed the area and made a recommendation, gave me an estimate and did not pressure me at all to make a decision right then as most do. He understood my financial restrictions and didn't lose interest, make me feel bad, try to intentionally scare me into it or try to rush the rest of the job and get out of the house quickly once he knew it wouldn't be an additional or immediate sale which is a true measure of an honest man/company in my eyes. I am going to have the work he suggested done by Triangle and will be recommending this company to any and all who may ask.

They did a fine job and they even came back out because it was wet to make sure the job was done correctly. I haven't had any mosquitos since. It was a positive experience.

The worker arrived on time and worked quickly and professionally during the entire job. He sprayed the interior and exterior of my home. I saw results immediately following my appointment and can now leave out of my back door without the fear of being attacked by mosquitoes or wasps. I have since signed up for the bimonthly treatment and continue to see results. I HIGHLY recommend this company and their services!

I called to schedule the treatment and received an appointment right away. They came to my home while I was away, which was very convenient. Unfortunately, we did not see any documentation of their visit. They may have left documentation and it blew away (who knows). I called to confirm that they had been by and I was told that if I didn't see an improvement in the next few days, call back. Well, we definitely saw an improvement within a few days of the scheduled treatment. I would definitely use this company again.

After the first spray, there were still mosquitos. They were very clear from the beginning that if there were still mosquitos, we should call again to get a second spray. We did call, and they came out again very happily.

After first application we still had ants. Called and they sent another person who retreated. After several days, we saw no more ants.

They were very persistent in returning as many times as it took to finally get rid of the yellow jackets. We were very pleased.

No problems. On time. Service delivered as expected.

The company was a pleasure to work with. The woman who scheduled the appointment with me was professional and helpful. And the technician was prompt and very nice. My only complaint is that the "big deal" that I purchased did not state that the treatment I was getting would only be effective for 4-6 weeks. I thought it would have a much longer effective period. Not sure I would have spent the money for only 4-6 weeks of effectiveness. So, I would have given them an "A" grade if the deal had had a better disclosure on the service to be performed.

We purchased a Big Deal primarily to deal with the biting insects on our property. Triangle Home Services quickly scheduled an appointment. The tech arrived a little late, but promptly went to work spraying both the front and back yards. When finished, he explained exactly what he had done and what to expect over the next few weeks when we would likely need another treatment. Unfortunately, the spraying did absolutely NOTHING to abate our mosquito problem. We experienced little, if any, reduction in the number of bites suffered by us, our kids, and guests. It turned out to be a waste of money. Triangle was professional and courteous, but unfortunately, the service just didn't work out for us.
