We have had a pest control contract with Triangle for a number of years on our 140 year old victorian. They do a fantastic job. Always prompt and courteous. On the rare occasion that a problem occurs (ants sometimes show up depending on the weather), they are right out to take care of it.

It was fine. They did a really large sale on a $4000 product that I was not inclined to purchase so I don't think that we'll be going back to them. But the service that they provided, the initial pest service, was fine. He tried to sell us and told us that our attic was infested and sold us a $4000 product that did not improve it. He was friendly and somewhat knowledgeable and was considerate on our household.

They schedule their visits in advance, and bill me if I'm not home at the time of service. They have been punctual and reliable. They provide advice if they see a problem, e.g. don't put birdseed on the ground or it will attract mice. I'm very happy with their service and would hire them again and recommend them to others.

They confirmed that we had termites and came back to treat for that and applied what I paid Angie's List to that treatment.

I have been very happy with Triangle Home Services. From the initial treatment to get rid of an ant problem, to the on-going maintenance. When I called the first time, I talked to the owner, and he was very well-versed on how to treat my specific pest problem. For the initial treatment, the technician identified the source of the problem, sprayed the entire perimeter of the house and garage, targeting the ant colony. They outlined how long it would take to no longer see the ants in the house - and they were right on schedule. They offered to come back at no charge if things did not improve as expected. This was not needed. I have since had bi-monthly treatments done, as a preventive measure. I have been very happy with the service, the technician is great - very polite and knows his stuff.

Everything went well, but it turned out that they didn't service my geographic are normally so they were only able to do the Big Deal and they weren't able to do any followup services. So the initial service went well but then I had to find another pest control company. Their customer service people were really nice and they explained on the phone when I talked to them that they wouldn't be able to provide services for me in the future after using the Big Deal. But because I had already purchased it they came out and did the work so that was good customer service. I'm still not sure why they would offer that promotion if they didn't service my area.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was fine. They were very punctual and it is hard to know if I had any less ticks than usual. The interaction was fine and there was no problem. Their service was pretty timely.

The experience was good. He came to a condominium that I rent out, and he got rid of a couple of mice that were hiding in the attic, and I was very pleased with that. The man was very knowledgeable, he had very clean uniform, he showed up right on time, and he did everything that he was supposed to do. He also explained everything.

The technician looked around and told me I had to replace my insulation. I did not think it was not that big of a deal but I was concerned about that. I had a second employee come back out and they said it was a miss read and I didn’t need to replace my insulation. The second technician seemed more competent. I called to have them come back out for other services after the appointment and they never got back to me. They seemed very disorganized overall. I did not get this company. I also wanted them to come by every 3 months to check the bait and they did not comply with that request.

Very well. It kept them at bay for approximately 60 days.

Everything went well. Although I didn't opt for a more thorough treatment (additional cost) at the time, I do plan on using them in the future.

Service provider tried to upsell $14,000 work to re-insulate the attic and did not do any preventive interior and exterior pest treatment. I spoke to another pest company and they think what he is suggesting is not required.

Very polite but unable to perform service due to hole too large. Hope to use triangle services in future.

Jason showed up on time and walked me through his plan to help staying at my house for almost an hour. It worked and Jason has pretty much solved our problem something another company couldn't do in 4 trips. I have since brought Jason back to work on an investment property and will be recommending him to anyone that would need his services.

After their work last year we did not have any more mice and we're using them this winter to prevent any possible recurrence.

Wow. I gotta say - this was money well spent. It went great - like clockwork really. These guys in cool white suits went in, covered everything in sheet plastic, and went to work. They moved like a special forces unit or a mission impossible team and quickly attacked all areas at once, methodically solving each problem area and then showing me the results. They took pictures to show me the attic area. I honestly do think that God was watching out for us by pointing us to Triangle - a company we found through an Angie's List special. I am a fan. I have now hired them to catch a ground hog in my back yard. This honestly is a company that cares. I really appreciate that.

Good and thorough treatment of all areas after inquiry about any acute problems.

Richard was very friendly and accommodating. I showed him the area of my concern (an area I had seen mice burrowing down into the rear of my house, right where the furnace was on the inside of the basement0. This spot has always been an issue with evidence of mice sitting inside on the recessed area next to the furnace and dropping acorn bits and other bits of debris down onto the basement floor below (not a lot--just a little). Previously I had been told by other exterminating companies that I would have to call a different type of company to physically block mouse entrances to the the house--which I believed that Triangle would do. Richard looked outside and saw no definite entrance point, plus he mentioned that the recessed area involved was very large and hidden and would be very difficult to gain access to (major ductwork would have to be moved, e.g.) Richard then mentioned that mice do not generally nest in basements, anyway, but much prefer attics. He got on a ladder and with a flashlight looked around the interior of the attic, where he said he saw evidence of mouse burrows. He suggested a full treatment (fumigation?) of the attic and removal and replacement of the attic insulation. He mentioned the importance of the full treatment because of the diseases mice harbor and the damage they do by chewing on electrical cables and such. Since I was not ready to make such a large financial investment at this time and because the evidence of mice seems sort of minimal, I decided against the treatment he suggested, although I'm sure it is the correct way to proceed and may be the action I end up taking one of these days. Overall, I was pleased with the service, but am now finally convinced that doing what I wanted done (a physical blocking of what I thought was a point of entry) is not a viable possibility.

Very impressed with the men that came to do the evaluation and to cover the hole. They were professional and pleasant. I got this service as part of the Angie's List Deals program. The cost was $99.

It's a bad deal unless you want to buy termite treatment and you can bebfit from the savings built into the deal. It's basically them charging you for an estimate - which should be free. The big deal claimed that there would be a very thorough inspection, which there was not. The visit was an estimate and should not be advertised as anything more. They were accomodating with the schedule, and he did arrive on time. Now for the rest: He asked me to show him around. I showed him areas of very old and dry damage which I wanted to be sure were now inactive. He did nothing to check it out other than chop at the rotted wood with the business end of a small paint roller (apparently a professional inspection tool), leaving me with an uglier situation than I started with and a mess to clean up. With his flashlight, he found another area of damage between two sistered joists, which was clearly a drill hole from electrical work (there was wiring going through the hole). I pointed this out and he said, "yeah, it could be, but it looks weird from here." From there, he proceeded to tell me about how there's a colony per acre in America, with more than a million termites per colony, and the only way to be sure was to pump $780 worth of treatment around my house, digging up my landscaping and drilling holes in any walks/porches because my home is the biggest investment I'll ever make and yada-yada-yada. Yeah, I know, but I thought you were going to tell me whether or not I needed that. I balked at the price and told him to take a hike. He then remembered that I would get a credit for $150, and after he did the math, he actually removed $130 from the bottom line bringing me to $650. If this was a professional inspection, than I consider myself worthy of teaching other professionals how to do this job. I'd like to get my money back, as I'm not in the business of paying for estimates.

So far, no pitter patter of little feet and all is quite. They are also extending a service policy at a VERY nominal cost to follow up on any infestations. Highly recommended

They came out and were very prompt and professional. They went through the house and did the work. I signed up for regular visits. It just did not work out because if I was not home it was difficult to reschedule. One time I was home and the company said the work rang the doorbell but nobody came to the door. This happened multiple times where they never showed up.

The provider was punctual, friendly, and professional.
