It was okay. I wanted to seal our house against mice. They did do an estimate, which I plan on calling them back on. They also put me on a bi-monthly service where they spray bi monthly and check the traps.

The chemicals used were, understandably, strong smelling in the confined space of the interior of my car and exacerbated by the buildup of summer heat in the closed car. I had to let the car sit, unused and closed up for 48 hours. I was told PRIOR to the treatment that it may not be resolved by one treatment and that they would come back for a free retreat within 30 days if the ants were still evident. Sure enough, towards the end of the 30 days I saw evidence of more ants in the car. Triangle came back promptly and retreated the car with yet another set of chemicals for free. This time I left the car closed up for 1 week to allow the chemicals to rid the car of ants. It worked!!! Triangle Home Services is a very professional, knowledgeable and customer focused company. I recommend it highly!!!

We were very pleased with Triangle Home Services, and continue to use them for bimonthly maintenance. I purchased a low-end rodent proofing deal from Angie's List because we had seen some mouse droppings in our home after we were gone for several weeks over the holidays. One of the company managers/co-owners came out within 24 hours, and performed a really thorough inspection of the home, pointing out more mouse droppings and problems as he went. He finally went up in the attic, where he discovered a fairly massive mouse infestation. He was very direct, but also sympathetic, and explained what really needed to be done in terms of decontamination (vaccuming out the attic insulation, treating the attic in several ways, and reblowing new insulation) to get rid of the current problem and prevent it from happening again. He was not at all trying to 'sell' us the services, which added up to be quite expensive given the size of our home. He credited us back the amount I had paid for the Angie's list deal, and noted it wasn't worth doing given the size of the problem, and also gave us several other credits to lower the cost in other ways. They were able to come that weekend and do the decontamination, since I was pregnant at the time and we were all concerned about the health and cleanliness of the house. Everyone from the company has been responsive, documented the damage and the cleanup with photos, and they continue to provide preventative services for us. I would highly recommend them.

I'm scheduling this to be done at one of my rental properties. I made an appointment over the internet & gave them the tenant's number, and they called her directly after I purchased it.

I was expecting them to apply a preventative treatment for insect pests, especially ants, but apparently the deal was only for application of rodent bait boxes and sealing against rodents. The house inspection revealed signs of carpenter ant activity. I was able to purchase a treatment, along with a preventative soil treatment against termites which I was planning anyway.

The job went smoothly and efficiently. One would expect a lot of "dirt & dust" to be involved but that was not the case. The workers were very respectful of us and our property. Greatly appreciate that. After the finished with the decontamination of the attic, they sealed all holes that could let mice enter again. I believe that whatever we had in the house had been caught, but they left traps in strategic places to catch any lingering around. I will do business with this company again

I talked to the owner Travis on Monday afternoon. His brother Richard was able to come out the next morning to do the inspection. He was very prompt, friendly, and professional. When we decided to go with their company they had a technician out here within a couple hours. Phil the technician was also very prompt, friendly, and professional. He treated the affected area and even helped me move some things around in my basement so that he could access the walls better (as opposed to me just having to do it by myself). He cleaned up after himself as well. Everyone was very knowledgeable about the pests and the chemical they were using, Termador. They answered my many many questions and listened to any concerns I might have had. They also offered an annual renewable guarantee which is the best value I have seen on the market so far.

They came when expected. Did the job in a timely fashion. Their crews were professional.

The mice seemed to go away, but each time a different technician showed up and had no idea why they were there and when they figured out it was to treat for mice, they had no idea where the mouse traps were located. I asked one guy "Doesn't your company bother to keep notes on each residence so you know why you are there?" I cancelled the service.

Both the office staff and the field staff are polite and easy to work with.

They were quick to respond, extremely professional and friendly. I asked the guy about the termite inspection and he said he would not recommend doing it right now due to the weather; otherwise, it would be a waste of money. He recommended doing it later, so that was really fair not trying to get more money. I felt that they cared about the customers. They have a good sense of ethic and no financial push-back. I will highly recommend them. It was affordable deal and they had good Angie's List reviews, so felt that was worth a try. I would recommend about their assessments and providing a good pest control service. I also bought $760 worth termite treatment. They were quick. They came on time and responded to my Angie's List email the same day. The guy knew what he was talking about. He educated me and provided me enough materials.

I was very pleased with the entire experience, start to finish. Richard "Rich" Garner, a Senior Inspector, arrived on time, and provided an estimate. He was quite personable, and his extensive knowledge and experience were invaluable in helping me decide how to proceed with the work. The crew that completed the job were all courteous and conscientious. They worked extremely efficiently and neatly. I couldn't get over how clean my home was after what was such a messy procedure. I would definitely recommend Triangle Home Services for this type of work. I have already chosen the Company to provide ongoing pest control services as well as termite prevention.

I was new to the area and researched exterminators. I found Triangle to be extremely competitive with price, so decided to go with them. They were fantastic! Always punctual, courteous, professional. They were also helpful in educating me on the situation. I would definitely use them again.

The guy came in and did a real nice job and was going to come back and we haven't heard from him since the original visit. We signed up for a regular maintenance visit and I don't know whether it hasn't been enough time, but nobody has come back to check on the traps that he set or anything like that. So from my perspective I don't know whether this guy is a good guy or not. He said he was going to come back and check those traps and part of the service was to check those traps, and I am pretty sure it was going to be done within 30 days. Nobody has been by and I haven't had any calls or nothing. I signed up for the deal because it was such a good price for the inspection. He seemed like a very responsive guy, but they haven't got back to me. From a standpoint of what he told me and the paperwork that I've signed, the price was good. They were not really on time. He at least called me, but he wasn't on time. He seemed to know what he was talking about and what he was doing.

They have been very nice, and I will continue to use them in the future.

I think we need to reschedule a couple of times and I had to work so my friend was here. I guess I was expecting more of a report of where the pests were coming from. What they did was a lot of little traps and as far as I can found, nothing has worked. I was pretty disappointed. I never called them back because I can put down traps myself. I would not give them a poor rating but I can't recommend them.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was very good. I haven't seen a mouse since they came. They did a very good job. I paid just the $99 Big Deal price, but when they come back for follow up, there's a charge for that. They were prompt in trying to get it scheduled.

They did a great job AND they check each month for both insect issues and to make sure the mice don't come back. We are very pleased with their work and they are very easy to work with.
