The service man was very friendly and professional. He was also very sensitive to keeping my exotic pets safe by not spraying indoors. He did report that there were signs of of mice (and a bat) in my attic and provided a quote for over $4,000 to remove and replace all the insulation as well as block any entry points. However, I can't afford the service at this time and did not pursue. We have been watching for any current activity of mice and presently there doesn't appear to be any.

The price was good and the service included interior and exterior pest spraying. The technician was late but tried to call (the wrong number). We thought the service was going to take longer but the spraying only took a few minutes. Hopefully it will be effective.

He arrived on time and performed the service. Said if we had any concerns give them a call and they would retreat. The kitchen had the worst infestation and the number of ants did decrease, but not stop. Called them and have scheduled a retreat of the kitchen for Monday. I plan on signing up for their bimonthly or quarterly service.

They were excellent. We had scheduled the service and they called us to let us know that because of the weather it was better to wait for dryer conditions. I appreciated their honesty and professionalism.

Gave me a quote for $9,000 to replace attic insulation due to mice infestation.

They are GREAT!! We scheduled the visit just a few days after I few contacted them. When Rich showed up, he inspected my home inside and out. His treatment was quick and it worked! No more bee and bugs. I would HIGHLY recommend using Triangle Home Services.

After about 10 days, spotted a couple of little crickets so called TSI. They happily came back out and resprayed at no extra cost. TSI customer service is A+

"Mark, the technician, was prompt and courtious, and did my house and condo. His work has yielded no bugs! However, when I asked for a copy of the reciept after losing track of mine, I asked four times, and none was forth coming. Aslo, I was informed that the treatment only lasts for 6 days, after which, extended monthly treatments of $40 each are needed.

An evaluation was done. The work (attic insulation) was not performed.

.I was very pleased with the professionalism, promptness and courtesy of the Technician. He went room to room and treated along the walls and window seal areas. He treated all the door exterior doors and around the outside of the house. He pointed out areas for further consideration and informed me of the other services they provide and on the 30-day warranty on work performed. Should they need to come back with in this time frame, they would re-treat the area at no cost. I am very pleased with their service and would recommend them highly to others.

I purchased a deal through Angie's list and Triangle contacted me promptly and scheduled treatment for an ant issue for the next day. The treatment was performed at a rental property and Triangle showed up on time and performed the work thoroughly and professionally. Then, two weeks later they called to follow up to ensure there were no more pest present (there weren't) and to inform me they'd be happy to go back free of charge if the ants did com back. There is of course a limit to the period of time they will come back (I believe 30 days from treatment), but it's rare to have a company call to remind you of a free service you may have. All in all a wonderful experience with an honest company.

They confirmed appt through the website/email system and arrived on time. They service tech ( sorry can't remember name) was very nice and took time to explain what he was looking for and then how he would apply both spray inside and out as well as spread another type of small pellet type to be used outside that would be carried back to "Queen" to kill the colony. He did recommend follow up treatments for year round coverage 3 to 4 times a year. This was a Angie's Deals Price for 1st treatment for new customers.

Great to work with. Excellent customer service. Terrific person answered the phone and put everything together. Exceptional follow up. I saw a couple of ants and they came back to retreat at no charge.

Triangle was a great company to work with. They were very careful in examining our house and in finding ways to get the mice out. Once the mice were out of the attic, we started finding evidence of them in other parts of the house. We had a service contract with Triangle and they were diligent and vigilant in making sure the mice didn't just settle in another part of the house. We have now been mouse free for several months. In all of our interactions with Triangle have been impressed both by their professionalism and by their diligence. They were patient and attentive and also sensitive to our needs (e.g., the potential use of toxins around our children or around our vegetable garden).

Technician was prompt, polite, knowledgeable, and performed the service extremely well. Would certainly use him again.

It was not very good. They treated but it wasn't very effective. They come back every month but the ants and bugs are still there. So I don't know what they are putting. It wasn't working so I wasn't very happy with their service. And in general, I have found out in Angie's List companies that either they are not that good as they are rated or they are so busy that they want a certain minimum amount of work before they come in. The first time they came, they charged me the Big Deal but they said for it to be effective, they have to back every month. So I was paying them every month but then every time they were coming, it seems that it was not working as it's supposed. I have had pest control before and they will put something and it's effective for the whole year. So I don't know why they have to come back every month and bugs are still around.

He did a very thorough check. I was pleased with it. I have to wait and see if it works or not. The cost was very reasonable. His service was good. I have asked him to come back every two months.

Everything went well. Did a good job.

I was extremely impressed. I had called another exterminator and given a sizeable deposit and they did not even return my call for a month. When I called Triangle a technician came out the next day, and when I decided to do the entire clean up, a huge undertaking, they were fast, professional and did an amazing job. I was really pleased with the men who did the work whose work ethic was unmatchedl. They cleaned up, dropped the entire ceiling and replaced all the insulation in less than 5 working days, despite bad weather. I later decided to replace the ceiling with drywall, add several walls and doors and new recessed lights to complete the basement. They did a really nice job, again in good time and faster than I expected. I would work with Ron and his crew again and have already gotten an estimate for covering an outside stairwell. Having had some less-than-wonderful experiences with other contractors who took months to finish jobs and jumped back and forth between jobs it was a really pleasant surprise working with Triangle.

I felt it was a scam. I was not happy with my experience. I felt it was a bait and switch situation. I am not sure they even sprayed; they went up into my attic and told me I had a bunch of mice when I really didn’t. They respond to you in a way that is not acceptable to me.

They were responsive when I called the first time and came on time for the appointment in Summer 2013. At first, it did not work out well because I still had mosquitoes, and though they offered to come back, I did not want to bother with th scheduling and waiting. More recently, they offered to come back to try again mid-late Spring 2014 and made an extensive effort to work around my crazy schedule. They used a more concentrated chemical mix this time, I think. The technician took his time to explain the details of the treatment to me. This time, almost no biting bugs or ticks in my backyard, and I can finally go out there without bug spray, even at dusk/daybreak! (prime mosquito times) Also, the chemicals didn't affect the multple varieties of flowers/trees/shrubs growing. I'm out there every day or every other day to water them and don't get bitten like I used to (once, I was bitten 12 times in 5 minutes in my backyard, before the treatment).

Efficient, careful and thorough -- and it seems to have solved the problem!!!!

I waited well past the 2 month time period, then called the office. I was told that, yes I was over due, but they had a serious computer problem. They would contact me when it was fixed--perhaps within a week. To this date (some 4 months) I have never heard from them, so I have been reluctant to write a reference.
