They cancelled my purchase because they don't service my area

I did not use the service due to the vender not covering the area that im located in. They were very polite.

They were very nice and professional. I didn't even have to pick up the phone. They called me to schedule the appointments. When the first treatment was ineffective, they came to do another round, still nice, still professional. Unfortunately their service doesn't work well. They rely on the bugs to carry the treatment back to their nest, and so the technicians didn't do a thorough job. They mostly sprayed along the wall near the floor while spiders were making webs up in the ceiling. So the spiders were alive and well. In the second house, we have ants, and I thought their product would be effective since ants do carry things back to their nest, but at the end it seems to only reduce the number of ants. So I can't tell whether their product is not strong enough or they need to be a bit more thorough.

They had good customer service, and were accomodating and knowledgable. I was pregnant when I purchased the service, they told me they should wait to spray. They gave me thier info and came out to do the work when I could have it done. I am using them for continued maintainence.

This was a great service. They were friendly and did some extra work that I asked them to do. They were also very patient with my dogs.

Went well, but I was hoping they would come with those special web catchers to clean out all the spider webs in and outside of the house. Also, a thorough review of the window sills would have caught a massive ants nest there...I gave them a shot of raid , which should do the trick.

The person was pleasant, did what we expected and told us to contact them if the ants had not gone within 7-10 days. We did not see any ants in the house by the second day. The spiders and a few other insects are a little more elusive to the spray, but not bad enough for us to contact them and complain. Will try Triangle again if necessary, especially if they have any deals available.

They did a nice job and we will be using them on a bi-monthly basis through the summer. They even came back to spray one more additional spot for free. I've certainly seen a difference since they came out to spray! They're also very responsive and scheduling was easy. Again, we were happy enough to continue with them.

He was very informative on selling me on getting my attic done. He spent a lot of time in the attic and tried hard to get me to contract with him to seal up and recoil my attic. My only issue is that, he did not honor the coupon because he did not do any seal up. We rescheduled the appointment three times due to the weather because he claimed that he needed the dryness so that he could seal up at the bottom of the home; however, during the actually visit he did not do any such seal up. He was a very nice guy, but spend little time performing the duties I paid for. He did spy the corners of my home.

It went pretty well and we would use them again. There were no issues with scheduling and they were right on time. They were also very professional when they came out. They were very knowledgeable and helpful in answering my questions.

Everything went great and I never saw ants after that.

The service was fine. They accidentally did the treatment at my neighbors, they quickly corrected their mistake and apologized. They came out and did what they were supposed to do. The deal worked out well.

The co-owner came out, sprayed and checked for pest infestation. He told me that up in my vent space he could see mouse droppings. I have had multiple contractors in that space who have never seen droppings. He also showed me a picture of rat infestation. He gave me an estimate for the work which was high and I asked for referrals of people he has done work for in the past. I didn’t quite feel like what he was saying was believable and he never followed up with the referrals which makes me think I never had a mouse problem.

They came out quickly after I purchased the Big Deal. It was fine, but I was a little disappointed when they tried to sell me a $5,000 estimate to replace all the insulation in the basement. There was a treatment that would be done to the whole ceiling in the basement as well. He told me I should have all the insulation taken out because there is probably mice urine in there which would draw them in and snakes, but I declined the service.

The service went well. They found I had mice in the attic and they suggested I take out all of the insulation and install new insulation. I am using them again for a regular pest control. So far, they have only done the outside of my home because I have not been home to let them in to do the inside. The technicians are very nice, professional and do a great job. At first, I did not like scheduling because I felt like they did not give me time to react. Now, they are good at calling or emailing me several days before they come out to do the service.

It was pretty good and I have no complaints about them. We have not had any issues with pests since they did the job. We also have a contract with them and they now come out every 2 months. They got the job done over 2 days. The cleanup was good and they did not leave any mess at all behind.

The owner and his staff emphasized that I should call if I still had ants after approx 10-14 days for additional free re-treatment. No ants invasion at this time.

They were very nice & professional. They came back a 2nd time as we’re still having problems with ants on the outside of the house. They’ve been very courteous about coming back whenever we call and we’ve been very pleased with them so far. They came back for a third time at no charge. The workers name was Wakamba. He did a very thorough job at our house. He showed me where the ants were coming in at and what we needed to do to help prevent it more. He was very courteous and professional us. He was also extremely knowledgeable about his job.

It went good. The service was good. I would recommend them to anyone.

Triangle Home Services was excellent. Rich was exactly on time, asked me what pests were my causing me the most problems, and then proceeded to take care of everything inside and outside that needed to be handled. I was very pleased with the puntuality and the service! I would definitely use them again.

I called for an opinion and price estimate for treatment for non-wood eating ants in my garden. The inspector (Richard) was sent on the same day as my call. I ended up not needing the services due to the house getting sold, but the inspector was extremely helpful and honest. He did not try to upsell me on services that I did not need. It is very refreshing to meet contractors that are so honest and have their customers' best interest in mind. He also identified a small hornet's nest hanging from my garage and sprayed it for me. I am very grateful for Richard and will definitely use Triangle in the future if I need their types of services.
