Leo Gico of Willis Builders was excellent. He was very courteous and followed our instructions on where the Christmas bulbs were to be placed, His workmanship on repairing our iron gate was great. He was very detailed on his suggestions for placing additional wiring, and his desire to do everything we asked was at the highest standard.

I called Matthew looking for a qoute on a renovation project. At the beginning of the conversation he identified that I was outside of his service area, but he gave me tips to find a builder closer to my project site.

The work was great and it was a good experience. I would use this company again in the future.

I have used this company twice. They have done a great job. They provide good communication. They were very quick to respond to my quote. Their workers were here every day working. It did take a little longer than what I was told, but I’m okay with that. They were very flexible and they are honest people. Their quote/pricing was pretty average. It did cost a little bit more than I was quoted, but that was due to the changes we made and the materials we used. They are also very quick to fix anything I was not happy with. I would recommend them. They are a good company and the owner is a wonderful guy who is willing to work with whatever you want.

The work has turned out very good. They are very neat and tidy, they are timely, and they do a great job. They are very pleasant to talk and deal with. They always call you back promptly.

They were outstanding. We had them do a lot of work for us. We couldn't be happier with their work. They came recommended by some very close friends and the recommendation was spot on. These guys are good, they keep cost down and they do good quality work. It’s a great group of guys and I can’t say enough good about them. Matthew, the owner, sets the tone for the employees, his idea of quality at a reasonable price.

Every aspect of our dealings with Willis Builders was pleasant and rewarding. Matthew Willis is a charming and very professional contractor who has been a pleasure to deal with. Older in fact than he appears, it does not take long to realize that Matthew knows what he is doing ... and is a very nice and sincere fellow to boot. His explanations of what needs to be done and how it will be done are quite patient and reassuring. We have experienced other contractors who say they'll do somerhing, but will not take the time to let us know how..and when. We found the work this firm did to be quite disciplined. The work areas were kept surprisingly neat and daily clean-up of incomplete work is a given. The crews are personable and, we discovered, smoke-free (that did not matter to us, but apparently it does to some). We almost never saw Willis himself as the projects progressed, but he was quite aware of each ones status at seemingly all times. As work progressed, occasional suggestions -- invariably helpful -- as to possible changes in original plans/materials were offered by Willis' staff, which clearly prides itself on their leeway to interact with clients. Their pricing was quite reasonable ... we have experienced contractors who seemed to want to take advantage of us when we were in jam after a storm ... we are confident that Willis' prices were not opportunistic. There were a few aspects of work that Willis subcontracted -- roofing and fallen tree removal come to mind -- and Willis made sure that the sub-contractors stood behind their work -- many months later in one case. In short, we have come to trust this firm and would certainly use them again.

The job went very well. The workmen are polite, skilled, steady workers. The foreman knows his business and consults as need be with Willis. Both Willis and the foreman discuss things with us, explain what they're doing and why. And the team does its best to minimize disturbance to our own work schedules.

They were very good and accommodating. I was very satisfied with them and will recommend their services. They took care of everything they had to and did a great job. They are easy to work with, pleasant and reasonably priced. I like their services and will use the same in future.

They were great and they were easy to work with. They were very attentive and cooperative, and they were very nice people. Matthew Willis, the owner, has his own people rather than subcontractors so you get a good feeling about the work. They straightened out everything that needed to be; they were fine with taking down what they had and putting it up how I wanted it because I was keeping track of their work while they were doing it instead of having them change things in the end. They came up with some little improvements like timers on the bathroom fans.

The work was done promptly and professionally. The builder also did extensive renovations of our entire house prior to us buying it. The quality of the renovations was one of the major reasons we bought the house; even our home inspector was impressed with the quality.
